A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and you can just walk to those places. The host was very helpful and responsive. We lost our room keys the first night but she came to us and let us in even though it was late at night. The host was very responsive so that’s good.

Setting expectations here. Value for money 10/10. Not the kinda place where you expect room service or hotel amenities. It’s pretty decent as a place to keep your stuff and sleep for the night. We just had issues with hot water so check for that first. That’s the only issue we faced. Also a heads up, the area may feel kinda sus but it’s really not. We felt like that the first night but not after that.

Maintenance guy was very helpful in answering all questions and helping us out. location couldn't have been any better.

They should've left hand soap and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that, all was good.

Actually like an apartment, living area with a couch and TV (Netflix) and two separate beds, one downstairs and the other up in a loft. Two a/c-s with heating function.

The loft bed was a little old and some stains on the towels. Very little natural light downstairs.

Place was great. Good location (avoid hotels close to bus station) and good value. Owners were so very kind and helpful.

The service staff made all the difference of being one of my favorite hotels in Monterrey. Great place great people.

Location is very good, seconds away from good bars and restaurants. Host is quick with responses. Shower had instant hot water. Wifi very good too.

Not sure the general cleaning was the best. Shower area can get dark if you pull the curtain too much but i managed to cope with it
