Beautiful location and very helpful staff who were able to move me from a top bunk to a single bed after I spoke to them about an injury I had.

The house keeping was confusing, no set place to put your towel that matched with your bed (so no one got confused with towels), no one came to make my bed (as expected) but one day all my things were moved and my bed was made. Very confusing.

I found the placing of the beds in the shared room really awkward. It was a 4 peoples room with 1 bunkbed and to singles. I stayed in the single, but the other single bed was very very close by. Luckily nobody slept in the other single bed.

Great location, amazing vibe and very helpful and friendly staff! Big rooms (nice and warm) with the surprise of a lovely sea view!

Not a problem for us but when booking consider the fact that it is in the city centre therefore some street noise etc (to be expected)

Lovely staff, the facilities were great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable (and warm!). Great central location with a lot of restaurants on the same street even and just off the sea front. Even without a specific sea view room we had dorma windows so still got to see the sea from our room which was an added bonus. The breakfast was good, nespresso coffee and a selection of food options to pick from (continental style). The hotel was wheelchair accessible too, and while they did have an issue with the lift being out of order on our second day it was fixed really quickly and we're able to provide us with alternative arrangements if need be which was amazing.

At the time of our stay they were undergoing renovations. However, this didn't particularly affect our stay at all, just meant that the foyer or hallways was a bit cramped at times with workmen coming through. We never had any issues with noise or mess or anything and it was all done with ample consideration to the guests staying there.

Great size room and bathroom within the room too. We were a group of 4 so was ideal. Staff were helpful and friendly, beds were comfy and clean. Great location! The bathroom was decent size and complimentary shower gel etc. Great value for money. Breakfast included was ok, coukd so with a couple more options and being set up better as it was all across bar top amd there were several people all at once (brighton half marathon so people were up early) Place is currently under going a renovation so some areas did look tired/dates but some looked great.

The shower was lovely and hot but not a lot pressure. The Outside is really drab and your hoping inside is better which is was! Currently under renovation which the sign does say.

Great stay, the room was so clean and airy, the bed was MASSIVE and we had a lovely sea view. The staff are so friendly and the lady made us some really nice toasties. Convenient location, very aesthetically pleasing if you’re like me and prefer boho style, would highly recommend.

The only tiny thing (which is not the hotel’s fault and cannot be helped) was the loud motorbikes and sirens zooming past in the early hours. So for anyone reading this just pack some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (it’s really not that bad if you’re not, my boyfriend slept through it).

I loved my staying here. Location is perfect, very close to the beach and staff is nice. I spent very comfortable days in the private room, very spacious, everything I needed was there, everything awesome. I also spent 1 night in the female dorm and it was less satisfying mainly because there were no lights or plugs near the bed! I think they are very necessary when you sleep in a room with other people and you need you switch off the main light but you still want to keep reading or charge yr phone. In both rooms mattresses were confortable and bathrooms were clean and cleaning lady so kind and smiling. I love they have free shampoo, shower gel that smell nice. Overall great experience, I would really love to come back as soon as I can!

Said it already, missing plugs and lights next to the bed in the dorm.

Only one small heater working in large which seemed to only come on for alittle while, so with this, thin walls and single glazed windows the room was quite cold

Seaview room was fantastic! Hotel’s literally across brighton i360 and upside down house. Very quircky and cosy. Staffs were lovely. Standard plus room was sooo spacious. Easy to find because of Hotel building’s colour but entrance not so easy as no signage. It’s about 10 min walk from the mall. 2 minute walk from car park.

No teli in the room. Couldve used it for chilling after a long day. Breakfast was included but toasties were cold. Wish they couldve made it as per guests request especially this winter, also this would prevent wastage just in case the prepared ones are not eaten.

Really comfy bed and stylish room decor. Great view out to sea. Tea, coffee, good lighting options and clean spacious bathroom. We had a really good night's sleep and enjoyed watching the sunrise over the West Pier. Lovely breakfast with fresh coffee and toasties in a room with beautiful murals on the walls. Staff all really helpful and friendly.

Initially we were given a room on the fourth floor. We booked here because in the description it said the hotel was fully accessible. The lift only goes to the 3rd floor however, so rooms on the fourth floor are not good for people with mobility issues. Luckily there was a room on the 1st floor we could have instead, so it all worked out ok on this occasion.
