The location is perfect for what I needed. This was an extremely comfortable and impressively clean experience. I loved the breakfast vouchers and the selection of items each day. And in the room, I loved the soap, lotion and shower products were all in individual squirt bottles so you always had plenty instead of the tiny bottles that are typical at most hotels. The lights around the mirror in the bathroom are an amazing addition for getting ready in the morning.

I didn't enjoy the fire alarm at 2am the first night I was there; but realize that wasn't your fault. I didn't like how the phone has a flashing red light on it even if you don't have any messages so it flashes all night. I had to cover it up with a towel. The curtains didn't close all the way in the middle, so it let some of the outside street lights in at night.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Jeremy went above and beyond and was very courteous. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where the cleaning staff weren’t knocking on the door well before 11. Room was everything I wanted and more. The bed and blankets were very comfortable, which is a rarity for me. My dog was even welcomed with open arms. We saw various other 4 legged friends as well. DoorDash delivery was even quick and painless, brought it straight to my room door and dropped it off.

I loved that the property was clean upon arrival and front desk was available to immediately assist. Rooms were super clean, the property was quiet and bathrooms were wow super nice! Even the tv channel selection was awesome! The INN-sider restaurant was one word AMAZING. We even came back to look for Barb behind the bar on our last night. If you’re in doubt, I completely recommend this Holiday Inn and we will most definitely be back!!!

There was a large group there that just hung out for a day in the lobby. They were extremely inconsiderate and loud . Nothing to do with actual hotel. Great room.

Very nice entry and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the bedding and pillows. Kind of missed the free breakfast so many hotels offer, but a great room and friendly staff made such an impact!

Room was comfort and bathrooms were clean.

The staff in front office. Asked for close rooms before a week, but didnt do any effort, asked to recheck she was igorant. And she gave only two adult breakfast coupons, we were four with two kids, those coupon were not given, got to know kids needs coupon and in morning went to front desk to take it.

The King Suite was very spacious. the bathroom was nice and the new modern look was very nice. I liked that there was an attached restaurant down stairs that vouchers could be used at. Our room was located on the 5th floor so it was a lovely view of city and especially when it was light snow shower. Very beautiful view. (I’m from Southern California so we don’t see things like this) they also had parking on sight large parking area. received exceptional customer service from Michelle. she was outstanding and so helpful and kind.

only thing was that there no microwave in the suite. total bummers

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The restaurant had good food and drinks and great staff both in the evening and the morning. Breakfast was included and they made a couple of egg sandwiches for us in the morning that we could take with us on our way to the airport. very nice!  The room was quite comfortable and well appointed. They had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The shower was great and the sink counter very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

No continental breakfast. The breakfast they mention in their add is a voucher to their restaurant that is billed to your room. I might as well go out and pay for breakfast somewhere else.

I liked the convenient location. We stayed for a night as we were attending a concert at the Red Rocks. The beds were comfortable. The shower could be updated as the shower head was spraying out of the shower.

It would be nice if the lobby could have a coffee station. Sometimes the Keurigs only have 2 kcups and if you have extra people in the room or people want an extra cup of coffee there is no option but to go to the restaurant. That would be a simple and good enhancement.
