And I can confidently say that this second visit was just as outstanding, if not even better! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the reception team—Mr. Rajab, Miss Reena, and Mrs. Jennifer—who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism, unwavering smiles, and constant attention to our well-being truly set them apart. Every day, they took the time to check in with us, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Such attentiveness and kindness are rare and deeply appreciated. The apartment we were given was simply perfect—spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, only better! I've stayed here many times as I work nearby. The hotel is a good balance of price and comfort. The staff are very good - the girl on Reception during my last visit was Reena and she is both efficient and cheerful. They have a five floor car park that can get full late evening - its not a problem as you can park on the street for free until 8 am next morning and then bring your car into the hotel car park. Parking outside on Friday is free all day. There are many shops in the road at the rear of the hotel including a 24 hour supermarket.

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Mr. Tamas Khan at the reception. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and all my needs were met. His professionalism, knowledge about the hotel facilities, and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. He took the time to answer all my questions, offering valuable tips on local attractions and making my stay truly memorable. Such dedicated service is rare to find. The property was under maintenance & there was a noises from outside & the doors was very hard to close & the property need renovation.

Lifts are old and slow

stayed at this apartment with my family of 4 and there was another family of 5 we had a 2 bedroom and they had a 3 bedroom apartment all rooms are big and had a large sitting area with a sofa bed The apartment came with a working fridge and washing machine the staff who are REENA, JENNIFER, RAJAB, GREMY were all so nice and helpful always greeted us with a warm smile supermarket and 24 hours shops nearby will book again MANY THANKS

Our stay at this hotel was delightful! With spacious rooms, ample parking, and convenient amenities, it's perfect for longer stays. Its apartment-style setup provides a homely feel, and its superb location, just a 5-minute drive from the beach, makes it an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

One aspect that could be improved is pest control. During our stay, we noticed some bugs roaming around, which was a bit unsettling. It would be beneficial for the staff to ensure that the property undergoes regular pest control measures to provide a bug-free environment for guests.

I liked the apartment and the staff of the hotel The reception staff were so kind especially the lady Jennifer was so professional and kind. She used to check us every day to see if cleaning service is done or not, also if we need extra stuff such as extra bed which was introduced for free

The apartment was nice and clean, but washrooms need to be upgraded. The commute from the apartment to dubai or sharjah is very expensive.

The location is great considering that you are surrounded by many shops and supermarkets. It's also 20/30 minutes from the airport. The apartment was big and very clean. The staff was amazing: a special thanks goes to Jennifer, who checked us in and also gave us an upgrade.

At the moment there are repairing the street in front of the hotel but you don't hear noises. Some minimal repairs are needed in the apartment, but nothing can create problems.

The service was exceptional. The staff there accommodated to our needs whenever possible. This made our 2 week stay very pleasant. The hotel itself has a gym and spa, though we did not get a chance to use them. Otherwise, I recommend staying in this hotel apartment for the service from the staff, value for money and comfort of home
