I was very surprised at the attention Of detail taking place at comfort Inn after staying at a high End hotel last year I was very disappointed. Last year we were celebrating my 70th birthday. My family and I had saved our monies that we were worked hard for. And decided we would stay in a fancy hotel a once in a lifetime experience. We were sadly disappointed. This year for my daughter’s 50th we decided to stay at Comfort Inn and were we surprised at the difference. Everything exceeded our expectation. The room, the service, even maid service. The pricing for our two night stay from Friday and checking out Sunday was wonderful. I will be staying again. Thank you for a beautiful memory

The staff was very accommodating, answering our questions. The bed was comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was old school and not very user friendly. Otherwise it was a good stay for an overnight. A comfy place to sleep and recharge between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum Experience

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and was open to 9am which was convenient. They honored my special requests. All the staff were very friendly. They provided a ride to the airport which was very important to us. I would stay there again in the future.

We could hear people moving around on the second floor while we were trying to sleep.

The fitness center could have had better equipment, there was 2 machines, and no treadmill seemed a bit unwelcoming in there.

It was very clean and the staff very friendly. Not a huge place, so I didn't have to walk a mile to get to my room. There were lots of restaurants close by. Very close to the airport.

The front desk person did an excellent job. Very informative. The hotel was close to several restaurants. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast was good.

Lack of parking. The hotel was full. When we came back from supper the only space available was a handicap spot and we weren't handicapped. A semi was parked along one side with a smaller van by the garbage container and a car behind the semi. Could barely drive the east driveway. Don't sell more rooms than you have parking for Tge beds were doubles not queens and I had requested queens because there were four of us.

the breakfast was good. we were there for 6 mornings. Served same thing every day.. would be nice to have different foods and not the same thing every day.

Friendly staff noticed that the room type I booked would be separate from my family and switched me to a nearby room. Excellent service going above and beyond!
