It was very clean and comfy. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked.

I had had a very long day, delays, connecting flights, and lost luggage. Arrived about 11 pm. Hotel elevators were out of order and the desk clerk said there were no vending machines. He said there was a market open that I could walk to, in the middle of the night, in a strange town. No thanks

I messed up the reservation, they worked with me to get it changed through a 3rd party. The manager stayed with me through all of it.

The tub was nice and the room was very clean. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed.

The water in the shower was on the cooler side, which is odd for me as I have heat intolerance.

We waited at the front desk for someone to check us in and check us out. The woman wasn’t paying attention and just in the back yelling at either a kid or dog or something.
