Very nice room. Friendly staff. We got into town after traveling for 14 hrs on the road, called the hotel at 4am to see if they had an availability since it was easter weekend and by 5 o clock AM we were in a room and in bed. Super quick and efficient. We woke up easter morning to find eggs around the mail lobby and areas - which i thought was really cool and fun of the staff to do for the guest- definitely brought excitement and a little smile to our littles who found one each. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings. They have a great selection of breakfast options.

Parking can be difficult if you get to the property to late. There is also another hotel in the same parking lot- didnt bother us any but if its a holiday weekend- it could be tough.

Well designed room on the 5th floor with a nice city lights view. Refrigerator & coffee maker, nice shelves & cubbies & closet for stowing bags & clothes. Plenty of charging outlets. Bed was amazingly comfortable, and separated from the desk/sofa/coffee area by a partition. Staff was friendly & helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about the renovations.

Hotel is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants. Sounds like, once the current renovations are completed, the lobby will be a convenient spot for light bites & cocktails.

The breakfast staff was fantastic! Check In hotel staff after 6 pm was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. We brought our dog, and the huge, afternoon shaded grass area was superb! We liked everything about our stay and had a great experience here at this Hyatt!

The carpet had 3 stains already and the morning staff when we told them that the hot water hadn't come on for the evening shower, and one morning shower, so we had taken a cold shower, and the tub was not draining so we were standing in water while showering, tried to tell us that yes the hot water takes a little while and disregarded the tub draining issue, we were disappointed by her lack of care.

Perfect location, plenty of free parking, very clean facility, and the breakfast area and food choice & quality was definitely one of the better self-service breakfast experiences I’ve had in comparison to many other hotels I’ve stayed in the past year or so. The rooms/beds were comfortable and clean as well and the staff very friendly and helpful. There was also a full service bar, albeit small, just adjacent the reception desk with a daily M-F happy hour. I would definitely book it again when back in Gilbert, Az.

The room thermostat was a bit tricky to adjust for a comfortable night sleep. We needed to experiment with it after the first night to get the room temp just right. It was in the 30’s at night when we stayed which is not very often so maybe that was the issue.

The room was very comfortable with good linens and a variety of pillows. Easy to control the temperature of the room.

The buffet could have been better. The first day I went down right when the buffet was about over. The staff were picking up items not even being polite and giving those of us who just showed a chance to grab an item or two. The second morning was Saturday. I got down there at 0930, 30 minutes before the buffet was over. Many items had run out and were not being replaced. I pointed out to one of the staff members there were no more glasses for the juice. I used a coffee cup. She later came up to me where I was eating to tell me there were no more glasses, not even to wash, as other guests had taken them. I felt that information was something I did not need to know! For such a nice hotel at a premium price the buffet also had very few items.

Friendly, helpful staff. King room was well designed with a desk, microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) and coffee maker in one area, big sofa and TV in another, and bed area behind a frosted glass privacy partition. Lots of tidy nooks to stow belongings. Window shades were great - with a choice of room darkening shade or privacy shade that let in some light. Terrific breakfast choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, and fresh fruit.

We found some belongings from the previous guests on the floor behind the bathroom door. Otherwise, the room was very clean.

The bar downstairs is quaint. The staff was very friendly. We like the area because it's close to the santan mall and there's lots of stuff to do in the area. First time staying here as we normally stay next door at the Hampton but they were $200 more for the weekend So we decided to try It out. The Hampton is not even close to the quality of the Hyatt. This will be our new go to Staycation. Breakfast Saturday morning was well organized. Everything was clean. Good variety of Food and coffee.They were very busy but the staff was on top of everything. Sunday morning was the exact opposite. But in talking to the staff I was told it was 2 temp workers. So that's not a reflection on the hotel but merely shortage of Workers. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

King with Sofa room was great. Breakfast was awesome - great food and selections with a personal touch. Your kitchen staff is so nice, friendly, conscientious, and efficient!

Major: Toilet was clogged (overflowed when flushed) in Room 301 when we checked into our room. Was corrected by maintenance - but after an extremely long trip...not a pleasant wait. Minor: Room service trash left in the hallway...should be policed up by staff more often. Minor: Infused water is a nice touch, but was often empty with no cups or no ice. Best to refresh more often.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, and the room was really huge, pretty comfortable and with two giant beds. Shower was great, AC worked well, which is pretty important in Arizona, and the staff was also lovely.

The hotel was under renovations and it was not an issue, but I guess it affected the breakfast dynamics. Although it was good, there is room for improvement on the options.

The whole facility was very clean. The breakfast is really good. And the beds were very comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The only thing was there is no washer or dryer on the premises. Not a big deal but I'm sure people would definitely use it if there was one.
