The breakfast was amazing. It was huge. Omelette station. Then buffet style, they made your plate. Then waffle station and lots of fruit, yogurt, and pastries. Staff was amazing and patient even though they were short staffed.

The elevators!! Not enough elevators for the large hotel. They are near the airport and it’s busy. So you are waiting for elevators. So prepare for that if you are on a schedule to be somewhere. One of the elevators stopped working for about 20 minutes. They did get it working quickly. But don’t order an uber till you are downstairs. They might show up and you are stuck on 6th floor. So be mindful unless you can take the stairs during the busy times.

That this facility is relatively close to the airport which was a great help when having to catch an early flight. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a lot of room to move around in. The concierge Ms. Kay (that is short because I could not remember her full name) quickly resolved the issues that we encountered and was very accommodating. Because of her customer service and willingness to fix the issues and have the problem taken care of by her staff is the reason we, when we are in Orlando will stay at the Embassy Suites Orlando. thank again Ms. Kay we really appreciate your help and understanding. The room 524 smelled of mildew and musty as well. We call down to the front desk and requested another room and recieved 531 instead. The parking was a surprise because for the amount of money spent for one night one would think that the parking was included as a guest. it was not 25.00 later. Oh, and they do not support Tesla vehicles as far as the charging is concerned. I had to drive around in unfamiliar territory to find a changing station.

My college studies were in Hospitality Management. I go in a property observing, not judging but at who meets my training experiences in this field. I enjoyed my check in process with Cecie. This lady is a Jewel. She was so pleasant and will be the reason I return. She is the memory I will keep of your hotel. Seriously, she is a Wonderful Hospitality worker. The bar staff were very pleasant also. Snacks at the bar were not so great but you did have something. I also enjoyed Ronald the shuttle driver, he too goes far and beyond to represent your hotel.

You could have had more than one person making omelets. The line was long one day and by the time we got to the omelet station your workers started closing the breakfast area up. We had just gotten our food. They allowed us to hurry and get what we needed but it was not exciting to have to make decisions unsure of what to try.

The waitress Kim was amazing. Really. She's the reason I'm booking again. I'm a nursing student ans came to Orlando for a clinical skils rotation for 4 nights. Kim remembered my name, drink order from the bar, food order AND why i was there and even took am extra minute out of her day to stop me and asked if I passed my rotation ( WHICH I DID) thanks Kim for making the stay the best!

A little chilly in the rooms but nothing negative to day at all. Perfect stay

The service was awesome . I arrived late and they waited for me to check in . They also reimbursed me for my uber from the airport which I left as a tip because of the service I received. Who provides this service ? The breakfast buffet was good . They make different types of omelettes . This hotel even provides 2 free drinks and a dinner snack .

Nice room, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast with a lot of options.

You have to call to arrange the airport shuttle once you get your luggage, and they mix up airport levels with shuttle places in ground transportation (e.g. they say level B4, instead of spot B4 on ground transportation level). Also this can't be complicated if you can't use your phone once you arrive from another country.

The onky think I did not like was that I requested a late check out from 11 ck it to 2:00 pm because my flight was at 6pm and they charge me 35.00. This was the 11 time I stay at this hotel and I had never requsted anything

best breakfast, even organized dinner during hurricane :-) Great staff, special mention to Cecie who when through horror day with great patience to accomodate everyone. Pool looked great, too bad we had no chance to use it. Very very nice staff at restaurant, and chauffeur was so nice too.

in 2024, who else charges for wifi.... seriously !! Furniture in the suites is a bit outdated, but comfort is there.

the room was nice. large. and clean. great having a microwave and a fridg. the air conditioning worked good. loved having a separate living room. there were three sinks!

the property was fine. the driver of the shuttle should NOT. be driving families. he drove 39 miles over the speed limit and we were actually having to hold on on corners. it was a scary ride with him whipping around corners speeding down the straight sways and going right through stop signs.

Very clean, polite staff and exceeded our needs for a comfortable stay. The dining room was great especially when we had out late hour desert with a very pleasant waitress. The lounge was on the money with our drinks and Breakfast was excellent. Very warm atmosphere
