They havs done a great job in restoration of the building while keeping it looking like it was. New toilet's, baths etc, the room was very big. Was very certain about a 7 minute walk to the city centre. Staff were lovely. Giorgi the owner organised a taxi to collect us from the train station. We also used this man for a tour our second day here and organised a taxi to Batumi. Air-conditioning was great

The sheets are dated, they would be better off they got cream sheets to make it match the decor of the rooms. The rooms dont get cleaned while your there but I had read this in reviews.

This hotel in Kutaisi felt like staying in a palace! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with soft carpets that made it feel so cozy. There was a big fridge, a mirror with great lighting, and plenty of closet space to store our things. The bed had pillows that were so soft and fluffy, it felt like sleeping on clouds. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was roomy and relaxing, even though we didn’t figure out how to turn on the bubbles. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the city, and the location is super convenient – just a 10-minute walking to the city center. The hotel is on a quiet and peaceful street, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. We were really happy with our stay and will definitely come back again!

In the beginning looks like a scam because you receive a message in telegram giving a new location to a shady street specially in the night… but you can trust them… I just don’t understand why they send you to a totally different place (you can check the reviews and they’re true)

Room was spacious, decorated in a bungalow of 1900's in a quite neighbourhood but close to the city. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room has all the facilities as advertised and perfect to accomodate a small family.

Though the room has airconditioning, public spaces inside the building like lobby, foyer, stairs etc has no AC, which makes it hot and humid. Beds are bit squeaky.

Our stay was great. The hotel is located a few steps from the city center. The room was like a museum: with antique armchairs, super comfortable bed. The bath was a huge advantage for us!

Giorgi was very friendly and helpful, also our taxi driver. Thank you once again! Everything was fine, the room was clean, had a good atmosphere, and the location is great. Obviously 10 points! I highly recommend this hotel!

The owner put us into a different hotel, as in the first one, there was a group of young people and he was so considerate that he suggested a different place, so we could enjoy our time there. He was super nice and we definitely recommend his places.

A beautiful hotel with comfortable bed and very helpful staff. I love the interior of the hotel. Outside the weather was very hot, but it was comfortable cool in the rooms without using air conditioning.

Booking shows a wrong location to this hotel, so the taxi stopped at nr. 29, but the hotel is at nr. 51. This hotel is after the corner and not on that street, an informational sign in the garden would be useful to see we are almost there and where is the entrance. Other possible improvement: no hair dryer in the rooms (but you can ask and get)

We had originally booked Edemi however, as there was a large party staying there, we were given a larger room in the sister hotel very close to it. Great location and lovely room. They were also able to assist with my transfer to the airport. A lovely stay!

Nice villa, not far from city center (reachable on foot), room is new and nice. Extremely pleasant and communicative host.
