My wife and I had a wonderful trip to the IOW, staying at Koala Cottage. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us advice on where to visit. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. We tried most of the options during our stay! Godshill is well located for anybody with a car to make day trips around the island. Nowhere is far on the IOW. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay on the IOW, helped by the fact Koala Cottage and our hosts were so good. We would definitely stay again!

So many excellent things to say about this accommodation. Firstly the hosts Shona and Amanda were so friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, huge comfortable bed, sofa for chilling out, fridge to chill our wine and even a decanter with sherry which we were asked to help ourselves. Finally the breakfast! Cooked superbly by the girls, excellent tasty produce, best sausage I have ever tasted. Nothing was too much trouble. We would return to stay at Koala Cottage in a heartbeat. Loved it 😊😊

Koala Cottage is situated on a quiet side road leading up to the famously picturesque thatched cottages and parish church of Godshill. It is only a short walking distance from these and from the model village which is a major Isle of Wight tourist attraction. The room was spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. There was a great variety of freshly prepared dishes available for breakfast in generous portions. We were well looked after by Shona and appreciated being able to use the EV charger which worked well.

We loved everything about our stay in Koala Cottage. The hosts Amanda and Shona were so friendly and very welcoming. The room was very clean and so comfortable, the bed was so comfy. We had chocolates and sherry on arrival, also a fridge with milk and bottled water. There were plenty of tea and coffee including a cafetiere. We loved the bathroom, it was very stylish and clean. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, very tasty and lots of it, it really did set you up for the day. We booked a meal at The Taveners pub just a 2 minute walk away and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back and would recommend Koala Cottage. We had a fantastic 2 night break away and the location couldn't have been better. We will be back soon.

Shona and Amanda were the perfect hosts. They were welcoming and had knowledge about the island and made time to chat to guests. Breakfast was lovely and freshly made to order. Fab location with parking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed even a phone charger. Decor was in keeping with the building and clean. Wish we had stayed longer and will return again 😊

The hosts could not have been more welcoming and could not do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I loved the little touches such as the sherry in the room and the fridge was a godsend. The breakfasts were amazing and cooked to order so you could have exactly what you wanted. I would definitely return. Absolutely no negatives.

If I was being really nit picky I would have preferred a shower screen to the curtain but this is really a very minor issue.

Everything. The breakfast cooked to order was superb. We tried several of their options during our stay and enjoyed every one. The village of Godshill was great for us, we could walk to several choices of venue for our evening meal.

There was nothing we did not like. We chose Koala Cottage based upon their excellent rating. It fulfilled our expectations. if we ever want to return to IOW there is a choice of one for accommodation, Koala Cottage.

A beautifull Cottage in a beautifull setting.The ladies that own the Cottage we're lovely.Were a joy to talk to and we're very helpful to help us navigate the attractions of the island.Very clean.The breakfast was outstanding .so much choice.Wish I had booked extra days.Will certainly book again in the future.The rooms were spacious and had a bath and on suite shower.Best b and b I have stayed in the UK.Stan from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

Nothing to dislike.it was a brilliant cottage.

The rooms were very comfortable and the owners very friendly. There was a large choice for breakfast and the food was all freshly cooked when we arrived.

Whilst the car park had a designated space for each car if you had a long vehicle you may struggle to park.

Breakfast was excellent with good quality produce and choices. Shoana and Amanda treated us like friends and made us very welcome. Good location for visiting anywhere on the island. Free parking too at the property.
