Our stay was awesome! We had unit 8 which backed into a small yard and was perfect for our girls to roam around and play in. We were even able to borrow a slide to my 4 year olds delight. The room has been upgraded really well. Bathroom was a great size with a heated towel rail! Kitchen was even better with a dish drawer dish washer, honestly the best amenity when having to prepare multiple meals a day. The house keepers were great, each day the room was serviced to a great standard. Special shout out to Michelle (I hope I got that right), she laid out my girls toys around the unit when she serviced our room, was super fun to come back to. Vicky is the perfect host with the right demeanour for motel customer service.

i travel all the time and stay in all types of accomodation. I have to say this place just made perfect sense i liked there was a couch in a studio room, so many places just put a bed or table, i liked there was table and chairs to eat not just a microwave but also a stove top to actually cook-- there was heating pads under the mattress to make the bed warm there was private back garden and outdoor space adn table and chairs... walking distance to any store and beach super quiet, calm ... really rare to find quiet, space, be able to cook and have outdoor space and ther heater actually worked really well at a great price ....

The owner, Vicki, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Immediately at check in she offered me suggestions on area sites and walks and she provided maps for them. The apartment was cozy and inviting and very, very clean. With its well stocked kitchen we knew we would eat several meals at the apartment and the store (which Vicki told us about) was super close.

There wasn't a thing we didn't like.

This was our favourite motel of our whole road trip. It was a really comfortable space, exceptionally clean, it was nicely designed and laid out, and there were loads of homely touches that the owner had added. The owner is such a friendly and kind person and made herself available to us even on Christmas Day. I really recommend this place.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and it was well cleaned and appointed. Cute little outside garden to sit in. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice.

Privacy as a little less than ideal with glass entry doors onto walkway/driveway, but expected for a motel. Bbq was fine but small and limited. On a relatively busy road, but it was generally well sound proofed and not disruptive.

Clean, modern and private, with a great little outdoor area. Right off the main road but felt quiet and sheltered. Staff were friendly and pleasant and there was even chocolate on the pillows. Great value and Would absolutely stay again.

Would be nice to be slightly closer in to the center of town for restaurants and so forth but it is close to Toad Hall which is a bonus.

Very cute room with a comfortable bed and a nice little kitchenette ( even a mini dishwasher) , the place was also very close to the start of the Abel Tasman boat tours which also was convenient having a shuttle pick up right in front of the motel! Great recommendation from the host.

Nothing really however would be helpful to have a small cutting board and scissors for those who might be using the bbq or cooking!

Lovely, friendly staff & clean location with room cleaning service during our stay. Laundry available. Kitchenette in a sizeable room with a large bed. Off the main road and surprisingly quiet. Ideal to explore Abel Tasman and Motueka's highlights, such as the must-visit TOAD hall. Great value for money for those seeking a quiet place to rest after a busy day of exploring.

Spotlessly clean, good sized room. Comfortable double bed, good shower, compact but effective kitchen with dishwasher drawer, microwave, and 2 burner induction cook top. Small fridge with a freezer too, which was a bonus. Nice and private

sky tv would have been great, otherwise, no complaints. Awesome place to stay
