Everything about this place is outstanding. Tiffany was very welcoming on arrival. Was very helpful when, sadly, I had no idea how to use the TV remote. Room was spotless and the shower was world class. Amazing pressure. Indoor, outdoor flow was an asset. Not always available is most motels. Very handy to airport, almost could walk there. The cafe at the Golf Club also was very welcoming, with the best date scones. Wee bit away from Nelson City centre, but worth the distance. Near to a lovely beach and restaurants. Parking right outside units. Just be aware you will need your own hair conditioner. Totally, totally recommend.

Very clean and comfortable in a recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with very comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities, a spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower and access to a common washing machine and dryer was invaluable. Arrived to find plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate milk and cookies to keep everyone happy until we had time to get groceries. A very big thank you to Tiffany and family for looking after us so well 😊 and for minding our luggage for several hours whilst we played golf and enjoyed the fabulous golf club facilities at the end of the street literally - it’s wonderful! It is also only a 10 minute walk to The Little Engine Cafe located in Nelson Classic Cars Museum - both are fantastic, one for coffee and the other for an amazing collection of beautiful old cars for only $19.00 and adult

Nothing. However it is close to the airport but it is small planes and not many flights a day and they don’t go late at night or very early morning.

on arrival I found the Manager pleasant to deal with, when checking in. I asked for a shuttle for airport in the morning. He asked what time I'd need ride. In the morning, he made sure I was up and drove me to the airport himself. His car was like my room, clean and tidy. When he dropped me off. I informed him that when I return to Nelson, I'll be rebooking my stay with Greens Motel

Well, if have to make a complaint it would be about one thing and one thing only. That would have to be about the bathroom area specifically. The glass screen cannot be moved so turning the water on to allow it to warm up can be a little chilly.

The rooms look out to a private garden and every downstairs room has a ranchslider out to the garden and a small deck area with comfortable furniture. There is also a common covered area with a barbecue and comfortable seats. My room had air-conditioning which really helped in muggy times. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. The unit was well furnished and comfortable, and was well maintained and kept very clean. Although the motel shared an access road with the golf course, it was really quite quiet. Also the units were very well soundproofed - I heard nothing from neighbours except when I was outside.

There was no guest laundry available so I had to handwash clothes or go to a local laundromat, which was a pain during a 10-day stay. Staff apologised, saying there was a drainage issue which was still being addressed. I did also notice a bit of water dripping from the upstairs deck on the outside - maybe another drainage issue to address?

Clean, quiet, warm (heat pump), room serviced daily, friendly staff. Very close to the airport (fun to watch the planes, but very quiet at night). Fully sunny balcony and room. The new proprietors have done an amazing job at upgrading the rooms and facilities. Exceptional for the price, which was worth every cent. We would highly recommend this motel for any occasion.

I unfortunately did not specify a room for older adults, my husband and I found it more difficult to access the shower as it was over the bath. however we did manage, a grab rail would have been helpful.

Very fortunate to have found you. We live in Golden Bay and always need a bolt hole to stay when we visit Nelson. Very close to amenities and Nelson in general. Quiet, despite my intrepidation that the airport was too close, however planes had the decencey to take off after I had woken up. The surroundinding gardens a real bonus.

I am a hard taskmaster, not picky but always look for value and service. I have been self employed for 48 years and appreciate the work behind any well run operation. I find Greens faultless. So no "didn't like" from me.

The room was clean and comfortable, the rooms appeared newly renovated. Although there were the two of us there was an extra bed for a third guest. The owners were on hand to take care of any further requests for needs.

There were evidence of the presence of cockroaches.

Very central location as we were spending time in Tahunanui, Richmond and Mapua. Very clean and surprisingly quiet given the location near the airport. Bed could do with a mattress topper to make more comfortable. Lovely management

The location was very close to the Tahunanui beach area & very easy to access all that Nelson offers; quick & easy access up to all the Tasman Bay towns ie Mapua, Motueka, Kaiteriteri

I was happy with everything I experienced while staying there
