Avner was a wonderful host - and we were very fortunate to have the property to ourselves, it was a wonderful stop in the middle of our New Zealand adventure. Nelson is a fantastic place, it reminds us of all the good things of days gone by. And Avner's bnb is a very special place, the views, the eco environment and the cosy but luxurious feel. The little kitchen area was a great extra so we could eat in on the first evening and watch the sun go down. We won't forget our great weekend in Nelson.

Nothing. It's up a long offrad track but very easy to negotiate. Easy access to Nelson.

Being up a hill, the property had amazing views of the Abel Tasman and Nelson through its enormous picture windows. Our host Avner gave us some really good tips on places to visit. The property was peaceful and tranquil.

The location was great and away from the buzz of the town and main road. Which was perfect considering we have been on the road for multiple hours. The view was to die for and waking up to it couldn't have been more beautiful. The host was excellent at making his guests feel welcomed and laying out a good breakfast to start your day. The drive up the hill wasn't a negative at all I found it rather fun. But keep in mind it can get a little bumpy.

Wonderful setting with views over the whole bay and so peaceful Avner is a very friendly, and informative host, whose suggestions added a lot to our experience of the Nelson area. Delicious breakfasts esp the bread.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Avner took good care of me and was a very good host. He also gave good information about where to explore near Nelson. I enjoyed the many conversations I had with Avner.

The location was just stunning. And the property was just so unique with the most amazing views across to Abel Tasman. The host Anver was very kind and attentive. Could not do enough to make our stay just right.

Nothing… I got used to driving up the hill. and it was worth it.

The hospitality was great, the breakfast was enjoyable, the hosts " tour guide " expertise were very helpful and we had many informative conversations.
