We absolutely adored the location, and the price was perfect for us! The room was sparkling clean and had all the essentials we could ask for, like a washing machine, dryer, and even a dishwasher! Plus, there were clear instructions to help us find our room since we got in late. The outside of the property was well cared for too.

The dimensions of our bed were quite substantial. The mattress exhibited some irregularities, raising questions about whether it requires replacement or if the issue lies solely with the mattress topper positioned on the right side. According to my husband, the left side of the bed remains in satisfactory condition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Delorenzo, with immaculate detail and all the comforts in our room made it the best stay for us. With warm smiles and friendly greeting from Robyn in reception, then entering our room for the first time, we just new we had picked the perfect place to have our over night getaway. Bonus was our own washing machine and dryer although we didn't need to use it this stay. My highlight was the spa bath and spa shower with awesome water pressure which you don't always get in some hotels.. Thank-you Robyn and team for the AMAZING stay! We will be returning again real soon. :-)

Nothing to fault 10/10

The location in walking distance to the city centre was great, grocery stores, cafes, galleries etc all close by. The unit was spacious, warm, comfy bed, kitchenette equipped with everything we required, the coffee pod machine was a treat. And is getting extra thumbs up from me as the supplied pods were labelled home compostable. And I enjoyed reading the complementary weekend newspaper which I picked up from the reception. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. If it had been warmer and our stay longer, we would have tried the comfortable looking outdoor furniture at the pool for some outdoor reading. Great to have a wardrobe and two luggage racks and still enough space to move around in the room without kicking toes. The bed side table lamps with integrated USB charging ports and multiple sockets throughout the unit made keeping all devices topped up a breeze. I would have liked to see a composting option. Maybe you could look into a "Hungry Bin" or two?

Only thing was that the toilet had no lid. This was explained to us had its reason: the unit being an accessible unit. The bathroom floor turned into a lethal slippery arena when wet. We left the bath mat out and used one of the suction shower mats to create some safe "stepping stones".

The perfect location and standard of motel for business travelers, the internet connection was of very high quality and I could remote into my business server without loss speed. I travel all over the country and not many motels have this quality of internet available. The unit was spacious comfortable and warm with high end fixtures.

If the cleaners could respect the checkout time of 10am that would be respectful.

Excellent customer service at check in and when I had a question. Super friendly and super helpful. Very comfortable room, lovely decor, loved spa bath and the kitchen facility, so generously stocked. Fabulous location. Love the provision of washer and dryer though I didn't need to use it.

That the security light at night shone through the glass door even with blinds pulled...it was a bit bright for sleeping

Very, clean, comfortable, spacious. Lovely staff. Loved the spa bath, laundry in the room was an unexpected bonus. Cozy, room, well appointed. Price was great value and room service food was yummy. Lots of extras in the room, yummy coffee etc, toiletries, chilled water.

Room service was difficult to navigate, menus in room but no instructions on how to order or what button to use. No simple way to order breakfast, took a lot more time and energy than necessary. Wifi was sketchy, couldn't use TV.... but I'm not a technical person. I would still recommend this accommodation.

Robyn was very helpful communicating access when we were delayed. The room was very comfortable and clean with easy access to Nelson which was within walking distance. Nice place to enjoy Nelson. We stopped at Omaka, after getting off the ferry, to visit the WWI and WWII aviation displays which were incredible and needed much more time than we had. Also visited the Nelson Automobile Museum which was worth the visit.

Excellent location just minutes to shops, and the central CBD of Nelson. Supermarket just 100m from venue, with a restaurant/bar across the street. Opposite park setting, so very quiet, unless a game was on. Clean, warm and comfortable, with modern finishings, the apartment stayed in was very satisfactory. Came back from brekkie and room already serviced and restocked for remainder of stay.

Having to pay for parking in Nelson, would expect that from a big city, not Nelson.

Delorenzo Studio Apartments is the new standard by which I judge hotels. This place is a travelers DREAM! Everything is functional AND beautiful. Yes, the bathroom has a super luxurious shower, but it also has a washer and dryer with multiple laundry detergent packets ready to go. The kitchen is sleek and trendy AND it’s fully equipped with a dishwasher + dishwasher tablets, induction cooktop with pots and pans, microwave, fridge, kettle, nespresso machine, and French press. The beds are luxurious and ROBES are provided! The place was absolute heaven after a grueling week in the car, changing hotels every night.
