My family and I had 2 rooms on the ground floor, however, here is very little sound proofing between the ground floor and upstairs units. There were often items dropped on the floor, in some rooms in the upstairs units late at night which was startling. The constant walking in the rooms in the upstairs units was also disturbing.

Very quiet place, there is no noise from roads or smth else. Should be very good for a big company as it has a comfortable room with fireplace and board games. That was not the harvest season, but we found some ripe plums. Exploring the farm is a good experience, too.

What an amazing place to stay, embedded in beautiful Nelson hills this tranquil lodge was a slice of heaven. All the creature comforts in this beautifully decorated lodge, the views are stunning and wildlife abundant, with plenty of space to sit inside or outside and enjoy it all. Highly recommend for ‘that getaway’ or any occasion and the owners are fabulous.

I was planning to stay in Nelson to pick up a friend in the AM, but all rooms were booked...the room seemed a bit pricey for bathroom down the hall and remote location, need to drive for meals

Lovely stay, you get the country feel yet close to town. Friendly and accommodating host. Clean modern rooms with beautiful views and a spacious kitchen. Wonderful outdoor spaces to have breakfast or watch the sunset. We had the house to ourselves and even got a room upgrade. We warmly recommend this lodge!

Unique and tranquil setting amongst farmland and bush. Great communal kitchen and outdoor area with views over Nelson. Beautiful rooms and facilities.

Quiet setting and a very beautiful building. We stayed in the lodge which has a wonderful kitchen and a very luxurious bathroom and lots of lovely outdoor space. The hosts went above and beyond to help us out, and the breakfast with hot homemade bread was to die for
