Others have told you of the wonderful rooms, great location, terrific hosts and fantastic value for money so I won't - though I agree with everything said. I will tell you that I don't believe excellence and committment to guests isn't actually tested when everything goes as IT SHOULD. I believe property's dedication to guests is not tested until things go wrong. And go wrong they did during our stay. Dion amazed me with his 'put it right attitude'. Without fuss or bother the two things we had problems with were immediately understood and resolved within minutes. I like EVERYTHING about Asure Saxton Lodge and look forward to our next stay. Not a thing!

We loved the handy location of motel and the unit was very clean and spacious. We also loved the bathroom. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. Lots of room to store your toiletries was also a bonus.

No cooking facilities or plates and bowls in units. You can go to shared kitchen and use the China and cutlery there though if you wish.

Excellent hosts, great local knowledge and advice. Catered enthusiastically for all our hospitality needs. Great food - inhouse Chef. Family hospitality team running the facility consistently and always happy to chat and assist. Rooms appear recently refurbished ... host is an Architect.

Access from rooms to Reception if possible could be shortened

How they had a room ready for us even though we arrived waaaaaay before our book in time. Thank you for that.

Everything excellent except for the shower. The whole bathroom was under water by the time you finished your shower. Was informed by Management that this maybe one of the rooms that hadn't had the shower pressure adjusted. So hopefully this will be mended

It was so clean and modern! The staff member on the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, and the room was huge! The location was great, about 15 minutes out of Nelson itself. Warm, great black out curtains as well.

Road noise was a bit on the louder side in the morning.

Easily accessible, lots of parking and we were lucky to be close to reception and common kitchen. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful 🤩

Kettle didn’t work properly and would have liked done bowls/ cutlery in our room.

Spacious well maintain room for 4 adults. Clean beddings & linen, nice quality hand wash,shampoo,body wash. Room has microwave,toaster,electric kettle,fridge,flat iron, hair blower,tv. Has a small lanai for seating outside. Room is sound-proof. Has good AC.Stayed there during summer. Has a clean, well-equipped common kitchen. Has laundry room. Has plenty of parking space. Walking distance to Pic's factory.

If the glass door is open, vehicles can be heard as it is just in the round about,but if the glass door is closed, quiet room. The shower head needs updating. Try to shampoo the carpet as some stain are visible to keep your rooms in excellent rating.

Staff were very friendly, informative and provided helpful tips on what to see and where to go.

Nothing to dislike, we were upgraded to a room upstairs however we wanted the room on the ground floor for outside space and greenery.

Lovely Motel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large clean and comfortable and after a long day of driving the room service was a welcome bonus. The available laundry room just topped off a great experience.

We enjoy the overnight stay in this motel. Room was quite big, clean and well equipped. Staff was kind and helpfull with late check-in as well as giving advice about places to visit around. There was no problem with onsite free parking
