Awesome comfy bed Awesome shower lovely bathroom nice and big plenty of room. I love how the lady was absolutely lovely felt very welcomed there. Would highly recommend definitely a nice motel to stay at. Close to everything as well. ☺️

Can't say anything really except it had no air con for the price but I knew for air con I had to pay extra but 400 it could be included into it. But that is all it was great.

Very spacious, quiet, well appointed rooms. Great sized TV. The sofa was comfy and the decor was very nice. Free laundry. Very handy location to the shops and restaurants of Richmond.

We found the bed to be very hard. We were in a two bedroom apartment with one room locked, so there was no iron in our room. (But wasn't a problem as there was one in the nearby laundry) No out-look except to the carpark, and no outside seating except on a cold, shaded path out the back of the room.

The kitchen and bathroom were super clean and shiny. Our room was serviced daily with our bed made each time which was much appreciated. Nice and cosy. The 24hr Shell across the road (2min walk) was super handy for late night snacks.

If we had a thick duvet on the bed I would have given a 10/10. It was pretty cold so had to have the electric blanket on every night. I should have asked but was too chicken too, lol.

Spotless accommodation. Very comfy beds. Breakfast more than sufficient. Very pleasant and accommodating owner. Liked the parking outside room. Water pressure in shower good.

Traffic a bit noisy but it is on the main SH6. Wifi kept dropping off. Could do with a smaller frying pan. The larger electric frying pan awkward to fry 2 eggs. Toilet roll position could change as comes off when you sit down.

The room was clean tidy and smelled great, also the room was serviced every day with clean towels, bathroom serviced and was very clean and was always nice to come back to in the evenings

The bed was a bit firm also the TV channels were very basic with no movie channel which is not a big issue only would have been nice to have an option, also it would have been nice to have a bug spray as we had mosquitoes in the room on the first night however we brought our own fly spray to eliminate the problem.

We received a warm welcome from Lesley who told us she turned on our heating so the rooms were cosy and warm. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is handy - just a 10 minutes walk to the main shopping street. We were there for our wedding, and received a lovely gift of bubbles in our room after the big day. A big thank you to Gladstone Motel.

Cannot fault anything.

Very comfortable and well maintained rooms and facilities, high standards of servicing, very friendly and helpful management. Very handy for Richmond town centre and its amenities. It s also very handy for State Highway 6, but highway noise was not the problem at night that we feared it might be.

Nothing I can think of.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was quite big and we were able to prepare some food. Loved the bed. There are lots of possibilities to put our stuff. Very nice owner who had some recommendations where to go.

A second smaller pan/pot would be nice. There is only a huge electric pan suitable for a whole family. But we made it.

The location for me was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, bus and nice safe feeling neighbourhood to go for a stroll and visit local gardens. The room was very clean, well appointed, spacious and well stocked with complimentary tea, coffee etc which was restocked. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The compendium could do with updating.

We didn't have breakfast. Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Unit size was fine. We liked the thoughtfulness of recycling within the unit. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Shower was poor unfortunately. We had to turn the mixer to full on hot and it still was only just hot enough. Even washing the dishes was not hot enough.
