Big comfy bed and lovely heater. Quick response from staff. Great to have off-street parking. Nice touch with the earplugs and hand written welcome note. Awesome to have access to Netflix on the TV too!

Just a few small things like the bathroom needs to be updated and have better ventilation/fan. Also the blankets need to be a bit thicker and/or they should look into adding a heat pump to the rooms. It would also be great to see some sort of mini tea/coffee situation and a chair in the room - Overall though it was an awesome place to stay - Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We were able to drop off our bags on arrival as we were there early morning before check in. This was so helpful and left us being able to head into town and start looking around. A friendly greeting on our arrival and then a phone call to say our room was ready was nice. A hand written welcome note in the room was a nice touch. Room was a generous size and lovely and bright and airy and clean. Bed is a good size and very comfortable. Access to the kitchen and fridge was great and seating outside provided a nice spot too enjoy a drink. There was traffic noise from the road directly outside our room but we were not bothered by it. Earplugs were provided but not needed by us. A large fan in the room was great as the weather was warm during our stay. The generous room size would allow for a small patio table and 2 chairs which would have given an option to sit in the room without having to be on the bed. Otherwise we were very happy. Great locking system for the room. Easy Walking distance to the center of town. Netflix was easy to use on the tv. Bathroom clean and tidy

The location was great for accessing the city and further afield. Parking is easy. The room was cozy and warm and I really loved having the shared lounge and kitchen to use. The door code system was easy to use and felt very safe.

Some noise from another room one evening was annoying, but there were earplugs provided which was great.

Great non-contact access idea. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean and bright. Not spacious but I was out all day anyway. Kitchen/dining/lounge facilities looked good. Lots of parking.

Might be a little noisy in the morning with showers and bathroom fans going in adjacent rooms but I didn't mind as I was having a lie in anyway!

Booking.com They did not answer any of my emails or questions When my operation date changed I tried to contact them which seemed impossible through the website

Great location, good to have an en suite and mod cons, as well as tea and coffee facilities and a full kitchen downstairs. Parking in front of the property and on site were good too.

No check in instructions before the day of the stay and the room was very hot/the shower water spilled over the small en suite - the room was a little too small really...

This property far exceeded my expectation. We had everything we could possibly need, in a sparklingly clean, comfy and welcoming environment. The kitchen and shared spaces were inviting and the room and ensuite exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and called ahead to check in and let us know they would not be able to meet us due to COVID restrictions. However, I did meet them as we left the hotel and couldn't thank them enough.

Bed was a bit too soft for me

We loved staying here .. the room was very roomy, it had everything we needed and was very comfy. We used the kitchen and found everything we needed and we were very grateful for the use of the washing machine. We’d def recommend anyone to book here.

Gorgeous room with our own ensuite. I liked the punch code system rather than a key card. A little bit quirky, this old villa has a nice mix of modern and traditional. It was very clean and quiet despite being beside a fairly busy road.

The courtyard was lovely but could do with a bit of a spruce up, not a big deal.
