This was one of our best stays in the sth island we were greeted with a smile and encouraged to get the top ten holiday card where he explained we could get lots of discounts the one on the ferry crossing interislander was the best wish we'd known of this earlier we will definitly be booking with top ten in future holidays we had a cabin with a fridge and jug a luxury for us and so much easier for helping prepare meals although we did end up using the kitchen oven location was perfect we walked to new world for supply's if you have time on your holiday check out cable bay you can do an awesome walk and swim in the baythankyou top ten the guy in reception was the best 👌

Room was good, bed was comfortable and room was nice, clean and warm. Cutlery in room to use. Showers were fabulous, amazing shower pressure! Definitely a highly. Nice clean facility.

The couch in the room was worn, the fake leather was peeling - had blanket covering it. Tape used to keep battery's in the TV remote - abit unappealing. TV was sitting so high up. The plug sockets were on the skirting which was inconvenient, couldn't plug charger in near bed. The communal kitchen had very little in there, no extra dishes to use in that space. Very Minor things.

The room was warm and the beds were comfortable. The shower/toilet area was very clean and nice. We were impressed and the kids loved it. We'll be booking again later in the year.

There was a light outside which was good for security at night but unfortunately it also shone into our room all night which didn't make sleeping easy. Black out curtains would do the trick!

Check in was easy and the staff were super friendly. The cabin was clean and tidy - a double and a single bed, and a few lights and power sockets. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate, and I liked that their doors were secured with locks during the night to make you feel safe. There was also a super friendly cat that came and hung out with us on our porch.

The friendly helpful staff, location and size of park, peacefulness, facilities were superb, beautifully clean. Will definitely recommend.

There was nothing to dislike. Would definitely go back. Would recommend that towels and hair dryers be listed as available on Booking.com, if not already listed.

Small clean park in a good central location with a nice feel to it

Parking was abit tight and the space allocated to us/our motel room was very narrow.....but it was only this one space, the rest of the spaces were wider for the other motel rooms.

Everything was catered for!! Cabin had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, amazing showers and modern facilities, kitchen etc, close to town, lovely gardens. Staff exceptional ☺️

Nothing, happy with everything

Great facilities - Bathroom, Camp Kitchen. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find and reasonably close to shops.

The room was extremely small... smaller than I expected.

The communal bathrooms were very clean and the showers looked like they had been newly renovated.

It wasn't walking distance to any cafes or resturants but it was only a short drive to the city centre

My partner found the Asian lady washing her shoes an socks in the sink water very wear in the bathroom using the bathroom as a laundry they making more work for you guys
