Pool is nice, staff is very nice, beach is accross the street, breakfast has many many options, location is very good (considering it is Analipsi and not Hersonissos or Heraklion) - the beach is in front, there's a supermarket on the side, taxi services and car rental are neighbors, nice restaurants around - overall - all good

Privacy - I did NOT understand why even when we have the "do not disturb" light on, staff would still knock on the door - 3 times a day - and ENTER THE ROOM if you did not respond. This is not really acceptable for a high-end hotel. This has happened several times and we were lucky to not be caught in privacy moments. Wifi is MEGA slow - my computer wouldn't even OPEN netflix. The external light cannot be turned off and it is in front of the window - bringing brightness into the room at night through the bathrom - a big no no Drinks were overpriced compared to the rest of the country :)

The staff was amazing and the amenities were outstanding. The hotel was immaculate and you really felt like you were being pampered

The one restaurant you had to pay for drinks if you sat there even if you weee all inclusive. But if you were at the pool they were free. Not that big of a issue but I think that could be changed.

I have to say this place is super stylish and the stuff is amazing helpful,kind and super serviceable.the rooms are clean and stylish . the pool is very nice and comfortable beds to chill. we took the deluxe rooms with the fireplace but for some kind of weather “reasons” they don’t turn them on although it was sunny and nice weather so it’s kind of ruined your room experience. overall very good stay . I can Recommend this hotel.

Wi-Fi needs improvements,low signal around the hotel . the food is not so high quality as for boutique hotel.

We had a design room with independent pool which was a great luxury and experience, we had sun for most of the day. The room was spotless and were cleaned thoroughly everyday and this was the same throughout the hotel. Cocktails were amazing too! Location is nice and peaceful in a small village area so a few restaurants but we did travel into Hersonissos to get better variety and more atmosphere on a number of occasions. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, staff were all very attentive.

I wouldn’t say this has the finesse of a true 5 star hotel, we had to sort out our own luggage and there were other small details like this that were missed (complimentary water missed a few days) for it to truly be a 5 star hotel in our opinion. The Bliss bar is a lovely chilled out place for drinking or lunch spot with great views, but service is slow and the music is outdated and doesn’t fit the hotel.

Our personal, independent pool with hammock, table & chairs was the absolute highlight of our trip. The public pool was also beautiful and had lovely music and service. The staff were so friendly and helpful and interesting to talk to.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had a large balcony with sun beds and chairs, plenty of space to chill outside. The hotel had good buffet options for breakfast and dinner, with quite some variety throughout the week, and a lot of nice desserts. The hotel's part of the beach had a shower with hot water right on the beach, which is amazing. The location allows to take a walk along the beach, with several places to eat and drink around, and a good view of the coast.

The upper mattress on the bed was maybe a bit too soft for my taste, but that is a matter of personal preference.

Everything about this place was fabulous for the chilled, lazy week we'd planned. It's super stylish and luxurious, and very calm with adults only. Comfortable bed, quiet room, plenty of comfy loungers and huge double beds around the pool, in or out of the shade. We'd opted for half board, which was about right for us - we ventured out a couple of times for lunches - if we even needed them, after the huge buffet breakfast - there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Massive choice at the buffet for breakfast and dinner, beautifully presented and delicious. Honestly can't fault this place, and plan to be back! we didn't even set foot in the spa, so need to rectify that next time :)

this could hardly be a dislike but I have to write something :) - we went in early May - we had sun all week and was definitely hot enough every day to sunbathe in the pool area, which is sheltered from the wind, but the pool water is very cold at that time of year and the beach was a bit cold for us, with a breeze. Proper swimmers would be fine with it, a few people were in the pool, but it's not heated so I guess it's a bit chilly off peak season.

This is a hotel resort for relaxing. We had a lovely peaceful stay. We stayed in the independent design room with private pool and it was well worth it having a pool to ourselves. There is a main pool with plenty of seating and a beach if you wanted to be by the sea. There is a main buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner (probably for lunch too but we didn't have this). I was pleasantly surprised to see the options for food change regularly to keep things interesting. Good quality food too. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Immediately nearby are other restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and taxi rank (Although we used the hotels taxi partners for our transfer).

Nothing! The only things I would say is that this is a relaxing resort so do not expect activities during the day and parties in the evening. One other bit of feedback is that we were staying in the first of the rooms with private pools (room 3307) and we could be seen by hotel guests walking by. The same rooms next to us have a privacy board against the bamboo sticks and it would be good for room 3307 to have the same.

We had a beuatfiul room with exceptional housekeeping by Marisida, who went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable. The private pool was wonderful and overall the whole resort is modern, super clean and well maintained. We had the half board package and the food was generous - not gourmet food, more relaxed , home style cooking which suited us fine. We found the restaurant staff to be really nice and we made friends with so many lovely young people, including Alexandra, Rusty, Adam, George and Nicholas - when we left we truly felt like we had made new friends and we are over 60 years old! The ladies at reception were also stunning Sophia and Nicky! The hotel is in a lovely position - near some awesome beach bars and a nice promenade to walk along. The massages at the spa were also great.

The restaurant was understaffed . The team all worked very hard and did not complain but it was obvious that the ratio of staff to guests was far too low. That might be the reason that Nema does not have a much higher rating on Booking - its definitely is a 5 Star property in every other regard. The beach across the road is narrow and not great for swimming but a few minute s walk along the promenade , there are many other organised beaches .

First of all I would love to Thank few people from the hotel staff, who made our trip unforgettable. The most helpful and caring was Evgenia at the reception. She is amazing and absolutely professional. I could say that our trips was that amazing Thanks to her. She was “with us” all our stay and when we needed something she immediately and professionally took care of it. The other person was Marianthi at the hotel restaurant. Also, the real professional and amazing person. She remembered what we liked almost without questioning.. and was absolutely caring and smiling always. Also I would love to mention Giorgos, Nikos at the nema & pool bar and also Rasti. They were also very helpful and caring all the time. For me hotel staff is one of the most important things. And at Nema we were really satisfied about it. Especially Evgenia and Marianthi made us to remember this trip with such a warmth and great memories. The food in all inclusive was amazing, always fresh and tasty. The pool area was really nice, and also the beach was clean and the water was warm. We really enjoyed the Design of the hotel.. it was new, beautiful and quality. Also the hotel cosmetic in the room was amazing.

During our stay the rules about all inclusive programme were changed and nobody at the Bliss restaurant told us about it before we ordered. That was such an unpleasant situation, but in the end the staff took care of it. The pool cleaner in our room didn’t work well, so the staff had to clean it by themselves. The choice of cocktails in all inclusive programme wasn’t that big.. Otherwise we liked everything.
