Just loved it, real beach holiday style little light and airy beach style cabins. Staff were lovely (Katy) when I stuffed up locking myself out or mistakenly overstayed a night. Place was extremely quiet, from traffic noise. Was for some reason blessedly free of kids or yobs you might get in caravan parks. Seemed to attract a better type of person. Lawns and surrounds immaculate. Plenty of garbage and recycle bins in a discreet location. Vans with windows on the south side had a nice touch of facing neighbours tropical garden. Open the windows at night can hear and smell the ocean a few blocks away. Curfew was apparently enforced thumbs up).

Little Palm Cabins are conveniently located just 18 min drive from Port Macquarie in a beautiful quiet location with everything that you need at your doorstep. Woolworths is just short wall from the cabin, for coffeeholics there is a lovely little cafe right next to it so you can get your morning fix. There is a beautiful beach close bay and everything else is just short drive from the cabin. Cabin itself has everything that you need. It’s a perfect little home away from home. Cabin is newly renovated, spacious and very bright! The barbecue area outside is also great!

Hard to believe it was just a Jayco cabin the makeover they have given it was exceptional we have stopped in many cabins but not as good as this. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ was well equipped and laundry. It was only a short walk to Woolies and other shops the pub and the beach. The sound of the waves crashing out night was most soothing we loved it but you can see how some city slickers could confuse it with someone's noisy air con unit brought back memories of camping on the beach.

Space in the bathroom was a bit tight would have been a problem for anyone who was horizontally challenged. Access to the rubbish bins was getting a bit muddy, needs a path or stones not just grass same with the car parking otherwise well-appointed neat and very tidy, hats off to you.

I had always thought Little Palms was in a brilliant location: 2 minutes' walk from Lake Cathie and a number of glorious (and dog-friendly) beaches, the Tavern and several excellent (and also dog-friendly) shops and cafes. When I heard that pet-friendly cabins were available, on request, that was even better. But when we got there, I was blown away by the warm, helpful welcome - and the chic, comfort, cleanliness and attention to detail of the accommodation itself. Though small and 'simple' - just right for a beach holiday! – our cabin had the most tastefully designed decor, fittings and accessories; the most delightful front porch and curated mini-garden; the comfiest bed. There was an outdoor dog (or foot) shower, plus other amenities (kitchen, laundry) that we didn't use. Our cabin was right at the front, so there was some traffic noise - but this died away completely from about 8.30pm until 6.00am, and wasn't intrusive at any time. We will definitely be staying again.

Check in and check out was so easy with excellent communication before and during the stay. The location was perfect with a small shopping complex and a recreational area within walking distance. The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A bedside table or small shelf above the bed could've been helpful. With that said, I only had to lean a small distance to reach the kitchen bench, so it really wasn't a big deal. Other than that, there was really nothing I didn't like about it.

The bed was super comfy as other reviewers had noted. There were homey touches that made the cabin feel more like a home. The cabin was very clean and the facilities of the property like camp kitchen/bbq area were great even though we did not use. The 1br cabin was a great size for a couple with a little more space to separate the lounge from the bedroom. The space in the cabin has been well utilised to maximise what could fit in. The location of the property was near the beach and in between Woolies/Tavern and the Bowling Club, very convenient. Jess was super friendly so would highly recommend this property

It was close to everything. Walking distance to the lake, beach and shopping centre. Easy drive to where I wanted to go. The managers of the park were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back with my little Covoodle next time.

We had a few issues with the hot water when showering. The managers were very quick to response to the issue.

The studio cabin was beautifully presented and really well organised to maximise space and comfort in what would qualify as a tiny home. One of those places that are so lovely that just being there feels like a holiday. Very very close to the Lake Cathie Tavern where we got an excellent dinner.

I didn't dislike anything except that we weren't there for long enough. If I had to suggest any change it would be to put a latch on the sliding bathroom door which opened on its own at inconvenient times. ;-)
