From the friendly welcome and comprehensive introduction to the property till the genuine farewell, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit. It was good having our own kitchen with all facilities and the location opposite the Seaacres rainforest reserve and access to the Shelly beach to lighthouse coastal walk ticked all the boxes. The Seaacres reserve has a fantastic, boardwalk through the trees, a superb cafe and gift shop and is just across the road from Beachport B&B. I don't think I paid enough attention to the front door auto-lock instructions. It is very convenient but make sure you listen to Paul carefully when he instruct you. A great system.

It was so well set up we couldn't fault it nor would we want to because of the attention to detail put in by the hosts.

A good variety of thoughtful breakfast options were provided by our host, Paul. He contacted us ahead of our arrival to advise about checking in and on arrival provided useful information about what to do in the area. Paul also suggested some dining options, one being the Whalebone Wharf restaurant. We had a lovely lunch there and would also recommend. Beachport B&B is very close to the Sea Acres National Park and short drive to the Koala Hospital. Both attractions are worth the visit.

I booked this for family as it was close to me, Paul went over & beyond what was expected of him & so kind. The place was spotless, the beds comfy. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who didn't mind being a bit out of the hustle & bustle of the centre. It's close to the beach with lots of lovely walks just outside the B & B.

Perfect

Located an easy 5-minute drive from the centre of Port Macquarie, the B&B is a self-contained suite on the ground floor of Paul and Trish’s home. We stayed in a spacious room with a super comfortable Queen bed with an ensuite and a basic kitchenette. There was a washing machine and access to a small garden with outdoor seating. Paul is a really helpful host and has stocked the kitchen with continental breakfast provisions - milk, juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread, jams, tea and coffee. This is a good budget option for a stay at Port Macquarie if you have your own wheels.

Great location walking to the coast. Private courtyard was nice….morning sun came in. Quite spacious..could have a dance in the bathroom.

But had to drive everywhere…Shops, ALDI, clubs, restaurants and the action in the CBD. On a general note..Port Macquarie only has a few out of the way EV charging stations. There were none on close vicinity to this property

A lovely clean and spacious room and kitchen area. A quiet private outside space to sit and eat. Paul the host was very welcoming. The area Beachport b&b is in is beautiful, gorgeous beaches and town is close enough to walk into town (30/35 mins). Highly recommend to everyone.

This stay felt as if I was visiting a family member, not just renting a room. The creature comforts were chosen carefully and tastefully, the space was super clean and cozy, and the location was just across from a rainforest walk, and one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited. I hope to return one day and stay longer! Thank you Paul!

Paul was an amazing host! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. The BnB was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated the hospitality and facilities my family and I had access to. What a wonderful BnB, central to all of Port Macquarie in a beautiful location. My family and I will be booking here again! Paul was so friendly and helpful and he offered us a five star service.

The weather 🌦🌧😔

The breakfast food selection provided was delicious. Loved the variety. You could not ask for more. No trouble to get more when supply was running low. Sitting out on the verandah was also a highlight. Everything was spotless, it felt like a 5 star motel, with a homely feeling.

There was nothing not to like. Very relaxing. Your privacy was always respected. You could come and go anytime. Short distance to the main town. The area was very quiet, no street noises at all.
