The pool, spa and cabana complex was excellent. Able to accommodate multiple groups in different spaces. Large, well appointed kitchen, especially for a studio apartment. Easy after hour checkin. Very comfortable bed, large balcony area and very large bathroom. We will definitely return.

Access to front courtyard was locked. The bathroom door didn’t slide or close properly. The bathroom vanity is very high, making the vessel handbasin and mirror difficult to access if you are short. It is a little further from the club and beach than advertised so not exactly where we expected.

The location was great. The manager was lovely and made us all feel so welcome. The shared outdoor space was great for getting the group together out of our separate apartments to BBQ and eat together. The kids loved the pool, though it was a little chilly.

The kitchen wasn't well stocked for any actual cooking. No cutting board etc. The water pressure was really poor and it took too long to even partly fill the big spa bath for the kids. A shower was also a challenge

Just stayed one night here as passing through on way to Gold Coast with the family. Greeted by Claudia who was wonderful. Ground floor apartment that was so close to the pool (great for the kids!). Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved we could sit outside the room and watch the kids in the pool. Wading pool was great for the younger kids. Short walk to the beautiful town beach and a 15 min walk along the break wall to the town centre. Would come back and stay here for longer!

The unit was was a great size for a family of 4. The beds were super comfortable and soft making for a great sleep. The pool is a great size for all ages. The resort is in a fantastic location with a short walk to town beach and parks and about a 15 minute stroll into the town centre.

Not much to not like about this property. Great set up and location for the price point. Would of liked a sachet for each day for stay for the dish washer if anything.

We had a good time at the Beachcomber, especially the pool was fabulous. I'm not sure why some people complain about the stairs, there are really not that many. Everything was clean and the beach in walking distance.

The kitchen needs an upgrade. I would have thought an appartement with a kitchen would provide at least salt and pepper. The only thing provided is instant coffee with a couple of little milks but no sugar. There was also only one frying pan and not a lot of utensils which made cooking hard. Although stated in the description, there are no ocean views from the balconies.

The location is excellent, right across from the main beach. The pool is gorgeous, huge and perfect for everyone with a deep are, kids play area and spa. Staff were lovely and super friendly. Rooms are a good size and well equipped Highly recommend for families.

Not an issue but garage only has 2.1m clearance so our car couldn’t fit with the roof racks on. But there was heaps of off street parking out the front so was no issue.

Undercover, secure parking. Clean and comfortable room. Good kitchen facilities. Great location.

I chose this accommodation because it advertised a bathrub and after a long road trip i was looking forward to relaxing in the bath. I was very disappointed to find the bathtub was tiny! It was not for adults, it is a child sized tub. The advertisement for the room was deceptive, and I was unhappy to find the tiny tub.

The location was great, very close to the iron man event.

The shower water pressure wasn’t very good and there was a wet, musty towel left in the washing machine that I didn’t find until 3 days into our stay, which I washed and dried so they didn’t have to. Not a big deal but just a bit off putting when I opened the machine to do my own load of washing.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Claudia, on reception, was amazingly friendly and helpful. We travelled as 3 families and booked 3 apartments. All the apartments were roomy, clean and comfortable. The pool is great! The resort is located within walking distance of shops, cafes, beach and playgrounds. I highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be staying there again.

The location is excellent and we had ocean glimpses from our balcony. The apartment was roomy and very well appointed. It really felt like home. The pool was very resort-like and the spa perfect.

The bathroom shower could use an upgrade as it had nowhere to put your soap or shampoo and the shower head needs replacing. The hot water was really good though.
