I was able to get early check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms stayed very dark in the morning which was great with kids. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with sofa (1 adult and 2 pre teen kids) Laundry facilities just down the hall. Pool was lovely and warm (it was a rainy weekend) Outdoor area was spacious Adults only spa and bbq area on the top floor

1 older staff member at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. Sofa lounge bed wasn’t all that comfortable. There weren’t any stairs (that I could see) so it could take a while for the elevators. Most apartments will have pool towels to use, we didn’t realise we had to ask the front desk to borrow some (found out the second last day of our stay so just kept drying and using the bath towels) just a heads up.

Very convenient cbd location. Fabulous waterviews from Floor 8. Well equipped apartment. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of entertainment options for kids / families.

My vehicle height is 1.95m (Toyota Landcruiser) therefore I was unable to use the undercover parking (1.9m maximum entry height). I was able to park on site though in outdoor parking adjacent the lifts and reception. Being a cbd location and in a room that faces the road (and waterviews) I did wake to traffic noise in the mornings, however not a big issue.

The resort has a great location, being a short walk to all town venues. The room provided to us was very spacious and clean. The shaded outdoor pool was also nice. Parking was not a problem with their private basement space which meant driving to nearby places of interest was a simple affair.

One of the lifts had broken down during our stay which caused significant wait times and congestion, especially prior to check-out time and from the higher floors.

What a lovely place to stay, facilities were excellent rooms were very spacious and appartment was big. We were very comfortable, it had everything we needed. We have already recommended this place to people especially if you have kids would be a perfect stay for a family with cooking facilities in your room and also being very spacious. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Was so close to shops and beaches. What I really liked was the most was our car would not have fitted underground as it was too high so they have accommodated a special car park area for bigger cars I thought that was exceptional. Great service

The facilities were excellent - kitchen had all the trimmings - wine glasses and cutlery etc - toaster, kettle, microwave. Perfect - we will be back again. Only down side was that we were on the wrong side of the building but we booked late so next time will book earlier so we have the sunshine when on the balcony. Did not think of that when booking as it was a last minute trip and i think we managed to get the last apartment on this trip.

Spacious room

Check in too slow There were two bathrooms in the apartment but they lock off the main. The ensuite is tiny and no way can two people use the mirrors or stand in there at the same time. There is also a big boxed wall next to the toilet. It’s claustrophobic in there and the standard of the bathroom does not match the style or spaciousness of the apartment.

We loved everything about it. Of special note was the excellent location in the middle of the main cbd precinct that meant we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go - shops, beach, marina, fishing, local swimming pool, cafes, walking tracks, church, historic spots and so on. Another most notable aspect was the generous size of the 2 bedroom apartment which was filled with light, and had 2 spacious balconies and a wonderful northern view. I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s never failed to delight. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The ladies on reception were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a man yelling aggressively and banging for sometime in the early hours of the morning in the hallway on my floor. I acknowledge that this is NOT the fault of the property but it did impact negatively on my stay.

As far as the accommodation staff facilities and location goes it was excellent Loved the 2 bathrooms!

Not that it was the Resorts fault but we were unfortunately on a floor that a group which had multiple rooms were staying and they were noisy from 6:15 in the morning knocking on doors etc

The location is great, walking distance to cafes/restaurants, shops, parks and afternoon walks along the breakwall. Great views from balconies. Our room had almost everything we needed 3 tvs, enough cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery so that we weren't washing up all the time. My husband was happy with the sauna(you don't see them often anymore). Kids(14 &17) enjoyed the pool and spa, also location meant they were able to walk to some activities.

I would have liked a small oven in the apartment.
