Amazing location; lovely helpful staff; peaceful and quiet. Loved that there was a full kitchen! Really good value for money. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need- including a laundry downstairs ( just make sure you time it well, as everyone wants to use the machine/ dryer at the same time!). Very close to the beach, lovely walks, and shops.
There were a few cockroaches, which is to be expected in that climate, but maybe tougher measures could be taken to keep them at bay. I don't want to be too negative, as my experience here was generally positive! But the only other thing that might need some attention would be the stove top. I didn't end up utilising it as I wanted to, as when I switched it on it started smoking, and I was really worried it'd set off the fire alarm!. Additionally, the bathroom has no extractor fan, but it does have a window you can open after a shower to air everything out and prevent build up of damp. Anyway, as I said, I can't complain too much, as any negative points were amply made up for by terrific value and the most helpful, amicable staff you could hope for.

Small outdoor pool and grounds, all well kept. Covered parking. Each unit had a small balcony. Air conditioning in main room, ceiling fan in bedroom. Adequate kitchen, clean and equipped for a two week stay easily with oven, microwave and decent sized fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs. Lounge and two chairs. Tv and Wi-Fi. We were directly opposite the high school but there was really no disruption from that at all, very quick and quiet for drop off and collections. Fabulous location. Bowling club on the same street for good food and drinks and open air swimming pool and library are close by. Easy walk to beach, slightly longer walk into town of maybe 20 minutes. Good local shops in Munster. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Shower was a little dated but worked ok. Outside doors to the stairway were not always properly closed but it didn’t cause an issue for us. There was a really large bin in the kitchen that got in the way and was ugly, it wouldn’t fit in any of the cupboards. There was recycling on site but no mention of it in the apartment.

Easy place to find and pick up keys from the safe. The text message was clear and easy to follow. Good sized 3 bedroom apartment, great for our 5 adults for 8 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A short easy walk to the Town beach and excellent swimming there. Slightly longer but still easy walk to the city centre. The swimming pool was clean and very much enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing. Only a suggestion, but maybe have some beach or swim towels available for hire.

We booked a one room apartment for two nights and we were given a two bedroom unit which was a bonus.Finding ice in the freezer was a good thing when we needed a drink, and the kitchenette was fine. The unit was clean and comfortable, quiet, with plenty of space.
The apartment was very impersonal and not having any sort of dealings with any staff was a bit odd. We had everything we needed, but the unit had no personal warmth about it. The stairs were a challenge with a suitcase etc, and I found the shower was a bit tricky to exit because of my own mobility issues. A grab rail would be handy especially with the floor being tiles.

Customer service was fantastic, my sister and I were delayed in getting there and the communication in making sure we’d be able to check in after hours was great. Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, extra blankets available, kitchen had everything we needed, great location 5 min walk from Town Beach, and a pool (which we didn’t get the chance to use sadly, but great to have it there!)
It wasn’t a problem for us, but we didn’t realise the 2nd (twin) bedroom was connected to the queen room, so you had to walk through the queen room to get to it. Didn’t bother us but might be a problem for other people not wanting to disturb others or have more privacy. I’m not sure if all the apartments in the hotel are like that. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms let light in in the mornings, so if you want to sleep in on a sunny day, bring an eye mask. The apartment style is a bit old fashioned, but it was clean and tidy so that was the most important thing!

Lovely location, close to the beaches, town, shops and restaurants. The apartment was a great size for all five of us (our kids are young teens). I found the hairdryer when we were leaving. Everything had been thought of and the apartment had everything we needed. Only one cockroach came to visit on our first day - and he was quickly ejected back onto the street. He looked a little worse for wear, so I imagine the place is regularly sprayed. I loved the pool but unfortunately only had time to look at it - hope to be back and to actually go in it next time.
The super soft beds gave my husband a really bad back for the rest of the week. The cockroach made the kids feel uneasy but they've lived most of their lives to date in the UK. We only had one uninvited visitor. The hot water usage of 50litres per shower/washing up session was reasonable. We're used to conserving water, so this was plenty. Reasonable too given the cost of water, the cost of heating it, and its scarcity.

Had all facilities we needed ie full kitchen for meals, very comfortable & clean. Bed great - Foxtel a bonus - thank you.
Strong smell of bleach from cleaning when we entered the unit so opened all windows to air out. Bathroom window wouldn't open - mechanism broken - & no exhaust fan so left other windows to get rid of steam from bathroom. Let reception know on departure & they said they could have sent someone to fix it but we were only there overnight.

Great location! Walking distance to main beach and shops. Apartment was very clean and has been modernised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was on the small side but fresh and clean.
The only negative thing for us was the laundry facilities. The washer is $3 and the dryer is $4, however I had to put the dryer on two cycles per load for the clothes to be fully dry. There is a clothes line but I chose not to use this as we were not on site during the days (we were up there for a week long sporting tournament).

Second time staying here. Loved it the first time. Super clean, spacious, comfortable. Plenty of parking on and off street. Quiet spot. There is a high school across the road but still quiet as kids are just getting dropped off and going straight into school, and we were up and about by then. Will definitely stay again! Can walk to town beach and Port City bowlo. Also nice balconies off the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom number 8. Very comfortable. Great kitchen facilities. Big fridge and freezer. Everything you need is supplied.

Location was exactly what l needed . the apartment was clean very clean . Bright spacious and quiet ,with everything you needed to have a comfortable stay . I would highly recommend staying here as l regard it as a very nice place to stay. 🙂
I’d be nit picking to say anything against this property. the only thing l would say and to pay attention to is . the shower hob seemed to high for an easy and a safe step in and out .
