Oh My Gosh! Where do I start? From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a complimentary glass of Champagne and Slushie's for the kids. The staff are all friendly no matter what shift you are talking to. The room was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6. The Recreation room for the kids kept them entertained and the heated pool/spa was an added bonus. We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay again! We had issues with inconsiderate guests but the night staff got onto it and sorted it out really quickly. The restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating - They make the best cocktails too. Parking is no issue with plenty of spots and bonus points for having luggage trolleys to help move your belongings to and from the car

We loved our stay at Club Wyndham. The staff were so lovely and Tyler in particular was really helpful, and we asked for a room on a higher floor to move away from the car park and he made this happen. We appreciated a balcony and full kitchen in the room,and the facilities were pretty awesome. Loved the heated pool and spa, and so great to have free e bikes. What a treat! The location was great with some good restaurants/cafe/pharmacy 5 mins walk and an easy walk to the beach. Coming in the off season in the winter meant the price was so good. We'll be back!

We were very pleased with the studio apartment - it is large, comfortable and decorated in contemporary style with a well equipped kitchen, a good bathroom, including a washer and dryer. Secure parking is also a bonus. Wifi worked well. Bed very comfortable.

On our arrival, we were welcomed enthusiastically by staff and offered a drink. This was a friendly but persistent lead-in to a marketing speel about joining the "club" (we think, it was hard o get a handle on what they wanted from us). We said we weren't interested in attending a presentation or, indeed giving one(!) but it took a little persistence on our part to get the message across. I'm sure it was well intentioned but we did find it a little off-putting. The shower is over the bath and while a rail and non slip rubber mat are thoughtfully provided, it is still hazardous getting in and out.

We arrived at our accommodation late in the afternoon. The kids were knackered after a long travel day. We were welcomed by very lovely staff who took their time to go through everything with us. We checked into our room and my goodness it was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. They have thought of everything! Coffee machine, blender etc! Washing machine and dryer…everything! The pool was magnificent! And the restaurant we had breakfast in was also exceptional. One of the best things was all of the extra things that are available to hire at no extra costs! This included electric bikes, bikes, body boards, beach carts and beach accessories and much more! Very happy with everything. We will come here again!

That we didn’t book more than 3 nights here! We will stay for longer next time.

My family and I didn't partake in breakfast as we generally only have coffee/tea in the morning. The location was great: beach was a short work away, and it was a short drive to the town centre.

Two things irked me a little: We weren't able to check-in until around 4pm, meaning almost the first day was gone but I was charged full price for the first day. Also the water pressure for the showers and kitchen was extremely low; could have been a little stronger.

The presidential suite was awesome and good for the price. Master suite with tv in bath, bidet, outdoor shower and private balcony was great. Kitchen even has a wine fridge. 4 bedrooms was huge!

Parking away from the villa and using trolley to carry bags was annoying. Have a service that do this for you at reception. The jacuzzi spa on our deck also wasn’t hot when we arrived (told due to cleaning) so we put it on to heat up and waited 6hrs and still not hot so couldn’t get in. Next day maintenance came and did something and it heated up to 33 then it wasn’t hot enough and the maintenance guy locked it so we couldn’t turn it up. Middle of winter the spa needs to be on 40 degrees. Half the jets didn’t work either. Tv you were unable to get normal TV and we couldn’t stream from our phones to them as there was an error. Annoying if your child doesn’t watch Foxtel or the in house movies. The “sell” for the timeshare at check in was annoying too.

The facilities were absolutely phenomenal, 3 bedroom garden villa was beautiful and beds super comfortable.

The staff on arrival are a little to overwhelming making you feel pressured into attending a presentation to join up to the Wyndham club when we were there to just relax and enjoy port Macquarie. Aircon units all kept cutting out or just didn’t work in the rooms at all super frustrating. In saying that we had a fantastic time and will definitely stay again.

Everything was lovely n special note out to your staff from arriving to leaving extremely helpful . I have diet issues n your Chef went out of her way n made me two amazing g meals , on separate nights , she specially crumbed a snitty for snitty night . I haven’t been able to eat a crumbed snitty since over 2 years . Thanks so much for making my return to Port with my daughter n grandson so remarkable as it holds precious memories for me as a growing child. I will be back Michele Heaton .

There for our 46th wedding anniversary. The entire place is amazing with ease to and from apartment and car. Not far to local shopping centre and beaches. The heated pool and spa is so relaxing. Great choice of movies. Washing machine/ dryer and cooking facilities excellent. Lorikeets ate from our hands. Spoke to a Kookaburra on the post for a couple of minutes and gardens beautiful. Oh and the bath is a good size! Very clean. Thank you Club Wyndham

A minor issue on leaving but couldn't possibly override everything the place had to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool was great and the location is wonderful.

In the master bedroom, airflow was poor because the windows could not be opened properly. From this room we also had a lot of noise from the pool. We also experienced lots of passive smoke from the smokers on their balconies nearby.
