This was a great accommodation choice for families. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with all you need for a family stay. The kitchen and laundry were very well supplied. The balcony had lovely views of the water and there was also a rooftop area to enjoy a spa or BBQ. In addition there was also heated pools with varying depths so toddlers had a safe place to play in the toddler pool, and older people could swim in the other pool. There was also undercover parking for your vehicle. The beach and shops are about a 10 minute walk from this property.

I couldn't fault anything

Donna at the front desk was lovely, she was very welcoming. We enjoyed the facilities at the property and the parking was secure. Our apartment was lovely, nice and airy and clean. Well equipped like a home away from home. We loved the smart TV and being able to access streaming etc after a long day out.

The apartment we had was a 3 bedroom but the third bedroom didn’t have a window and was smaller, meaning no one wanted to sleep in there. The apartment only had one split system which didn’t reach the bedrooms. We were located on the roadside side, third floor and we did find the traffic can be noisy a lot of the day and night.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The facilities were outstanding and catered perfectly to the whole family. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped, making it a perfect retreat. Its convenient location and serene surroundings added to the charm. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable family getaway!

Great location, comfy beds and the lounge with the recliners was just like being at home. The bathrooms were clean, and the shower was hot, Very quiet in the apartment. Only stayed overnight but would stay again. Loved the fact it was in walking distance of the restaurants. We could leave the car and everyone could relax with a drink. I didn't get to use the pool but I am sure my grandsons would love it. Although our car was unable to fit under the parking spot, we did have two cars so the other car was able to use it.

The only downside was the fact that the height at the start of the carpark was fine for us but the level our spot was on was lower and we had to reverse out. It would have been good to have a sign to indicate this at the start of the carpark before we proceeded through the gates.

Spotlessly clean accommodation with a well stocked kitchen. Extra large living area and balcony made the whole apartment feel very comfortable. Secure access to building and garage made us feel very safe. Amazing views from apartment and access to private terrace with beautiful outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and tables for a perfect evening. Very close proximity to city centre and a very short walk to the beach, shops and key lookouts.

There was nothing we did not like...the apartment and the experience was a 10/10

This place is an amazing place . Run by amazing people that make your stay even more special. Special thanks to Donna Tim and T (didn't want to mispell your Maori name). After a hiccup with Bookings, Tim and Donna went above and beyond to keep us happy. We appreciate them. And Tim especially. We loved Port Macquarie. And definitely would stay here next time we are in Port. From the view to the pools , this place is flawless. The customer service is second to none.

We shouid have stayed longer.

The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The location was great walking distance to beach with good security. Staff were very easy to talk with and very helpful. As we had arrived late at night, it was an easy process to access entry to secure undercover parking and apartment. The facility was very well maintained. Cafe across the road was excellent for breakfast and coffee.

There's not much to not like about the facility. As a matter of fact, I can't really put my finger on anything that really stands out as something I didn't like about the facility.

Great location - Right across from Town beach and short stroll to main shops. The pool and rooftop spa was a hit! Front desk staff were helpful and lovely. Great spot to stay, especially for a family.

The kitchen was not that well equipped for a long stay family, especially if you plan to cook all your meals at the apartment. The place also wasn't the cleanest. The main bedroom bed was uncomfortable with a slant in the mattress.

Location was lovely, the rooms were spacious and well set up. Beautiful balcony area to sit and have a few drinks or enjoy coffee and breakfast.

The kitchen is not equipped to cook decent meals. All utensils are cheap and broken or about worn out. The chopping board looked like it was ready to snap (Mostly Kmart purchased) The washing machine was a nightmare to work out, a quick guide would be helpful.

Very comfortable and great to have a two bedroom apartment as opposed to separate hotel rooms. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. Having two bathrooms was really nice. The balcony was massive, with great outdoor table and chairs. Access to the roof area for views of the ocean was nice.

Only superficial issues. As with nearly every apartment/motel, there could have been more hooks in the bathroom. Double bed in second bedroom would have been nice. Crockery and cutlery were adequate but could have been better.
