Great location, the apartment was very well appointed, exceptionally clean with very nice decor and the partial water view was amazing. The extra touches like the luggage trolleys, washing line, outdoor furniture, made a real difference. We were all very happy with the apartment, so comfortable for 3 couples for an Easter weekend stay.

It is only a small comment - please update the website description to say a small kit of amenities is included - dishwashing tablet, dishwashing liquid etc that you will need to replenish as it is a self-serviced apartment so you can come prepared from home with those extra little bits. Otherwise we all loved the apartment.

Lovely apartment , very clean and well appointed . Great location, we could walk to the restaurants and had a lovely walk along the coast .

Our apartment was overlooking the pool. When we arrived mid afternoon the pool area was closed for renovation. It was very noisy and included loud music being played. We were assured by reception that there would be no work done on the Saturday . Sadly work started again at 7 am and went on most of the day. This took away from us enjoying what we had paid for . Bit of a shame ( even though we understand sometimes this happens )

We were in the 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 5. Great location and accessible to many eateries, beaches, walks and great view too. Love the availability to charge our EV (but in a different floor) while we had a dedicated car parks (in the basement). We arrived after hours and were given a text with instructions to self checkin. Pool was enjoyed by the younger kids too. Like that there was a gym with good equipment even though we didn’t get a chance to use it.

There wasn’t any laundry detergent in the apartment but after asking we were given a small pack as a one off. We were there for 5D4N.

Love this place My son and I stayed in the wheelchair accessible 3 bedroom apartment and were delighted. Lovely apartment with all you need for a disabled guest. Accessible bathroom ✅ accessible pool area ✅ Accessible balcony from living room with raised floor ramped to door track and beautiful view. Noticed a hoist available, we didn’t use. Right in town with easy flat walking around town centre, breakwall, restaurants, supermarkets etc all close by. Hosts were amazing, really helpful and friendly Can’t wait for our next stay 😃

We love Northpoint and have stayed multiple times. The location gets us back each time. Spacious units, park your car/s and leave them secure. Balcony’s with amazing views over the river and friendly, helpful staff.

Had to speak to reception multiple times as the inconsiderate people staying in a unit below us ignored the no smoking signs (all over the balconies/building) and we would awake each morning of our stay to the rank smell of cigarettes before 6am. The the unit we stayed in and have done before is getting a little tired. We experienced fridge problems (having to throw out food as it stopped cooling when we were out), the beds are becoming worn out and uncomfortable and water pressure non existent. All things that you can just tolerate but it would be nice to see some upgrades for the price per night you pay.

Great location for morning walks and jogging near the coastal walk and break wall. Across the road there is a popular cafe and downstairs there is a Thai restaurant. Ocean and river side apartment has nice view and spacious/sunny balcony. Coastal walks, skate park, surfing, swimming and fishing are all on offer within walking distance.

Room for improvement, warmer quilt for winter in the master bedroom and sufficient supplies of tea and sugar would be appreciated.

The beds were very comfortable. Linen was clean and adequate additional blankets were supplied for cooler nights. The location was excellent, close to all the things we wanted to see and do. I've always like going to Port Macquarie. The ocean change is great since I live in the mountains and love the relaxed atmosphere of the surrounds. Lots of things to see and do

the electric aircon was very noisy when on and could do with a service. I could have done with more detergent for the washing up. Otherwise the facilities were documented on check in so we new what we need to get if we needed it.

Excellent notification of apartment being ready with instructions on accessing locked parking garage with a code and instructions to park first in the blue check-in-bay just a few steps from the check-in front counter. Hence no hassle about trying to find a park outside. Very comfortable spacious apartment with very well setup kitchen for self catering. Lovely view north and west from our apartment. Close to town, waterfront and beach so walking every where is easy.

Ideal position. Reception staff were friendly. Ease of parking the car and unloading.

The decor in the apartment was very old. The curtains were falling off in places. The bed was so uncomfortable. The lounge was also uncomfortable. A few more garbage bags and another tea towel would have been lovely. Paper towel is always a must. Pretty sure I left the apartment cleaner than what I found it. Time for an update !!!

Location, spacious apartment, checking in and out was easy, apartment was clean and tidy. Was great having allocated lock up secured parking. What we really loved was the 2 pieces of artwork in our apartment, they each had a dog painted on them, we are massive dog lovers and we had been away from home for 10 days and missing our fur babies, when we saw the artwork it made us feel very happy. We enjoyed watching the bat colony fly over at sunset, not something we see every day.
