Superb location with an easy walk to the breakwall and Town Beach as well as to the main shops. The unit was bright and airy with lots of windows and sliding doors that provided great ventilation and cooling. The lounge was comfortable with a decent sized TV. The kitchen had some new appliances as well as a new sink. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. For people staying longer, there's heaps of cupboards for storing stuff. It has a very homely feeling.

As others mentioned, traffic noise can get quite loud. We were there on council collection morning, so we had a lot of loud noise as the council trucks came past. The noise was considerably lessened once we shut the windows and doors.

In a great spot, can walk to shops and restaurants e.t.c.We arrived on Christmas eve at about 10:00 and we didn't expect the apartment to be ready but thought we would go and pay and then go back at check in time, the staff member went above and beyond and told us that our room would be ready in an hour, she went and cleaned the apartment and got it ready for us. We really appreciated it as she was on her own.

Everything was within walking distance. Views weren't too bad. Everything was clean and neat.

Found it difficult to reach plates in the cupboard. They needed to be put in a different spot. Being short, makes it hard. Couldn't get the hot water tap turned on for the shower, another guest helped out and he had the same problem. Some guests didn't think about other people trying to sleep and were noisy and rude.

It was great we woke up to a spectacular view. We arrived when it was dark so had no dea of what we would see . Beach views amazing. The apartment was nice bathroom so clean. Would stay again

No lighting on the stairs very dangerous and the 2nd bedroom light didn't work either. Noisy people up and down stairs and slamming doors In the middle of the night.

I loved that this property was dog friendly and therefore suited us perfectly. The pictures accurately depicted what the apartment was liked and I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was, how well maintained and grounds were and the lovely beach and ocean views from our balcony.

A small gripe - lack of practical storage space in the bathroom for toiletries bag - but this is a very common occurence.

Fantastic location, very clean and tidy. Friendly and very helpful staff. Kitchen facilities were pretty good. A great family accommodation option!

The main thing was just a lack of decent internet connection, as well as a smart TV that would accommodate logging onto Netflix etc...which is usually a given these days, free to air tv would die at around 6pm every night. The building and pool is a little tired looking, but still very clean and well kept.

Loved everything. We booked 2 rooms for a family gathering and it was perfect. Pool was lovely temp, beach could not be closer, great rooms and everything you needed was already there. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, fast food, shops. Very safe and secure.

I didn't like that we had to go home again.

Spacious apartment. Very clean with good air conditioning, ceiling fans and could easily open sliding glass doors for access to outside small balcony and open air. Excellent 270 degree view over Port Macquarie round to ocean. Kitchen (very clean) had all needs except for dishwasher (not important). Flat screen TV and access to a variety of streaming channels was very satisfactory. WiFI was adequate. Bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. For 9 apartments about 5 undercover parking spots and 4 open air on the property Easy 3 min walk down to first shops and cafe and about 10 min gets you into main shopping area or Town Beach

On 3rd floor. Access by steps with no lift. Not a problem for us but did not expect it at time of booking. Probably a reflection of building's age. Swimming pool on property but tucked around back with no view and although water clean it looked as though the bottom could have done with a quick pass by the Kreepy Krawley.

The convenient location of this hotel, within walking distance of the beach, is undoubtedly one of its key highlights. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, providing ample space for guests to relax and unwind.

However, it's worth noting that the building is older and lacks an elevator—a detail I overlooked during booking. Thankfully, our luggage was not too heavy, so we managed fine without one. Only living room boasted newer furnishings.

The location was great. Right by the esplanade. Close to shops and restaurants. Off street free parking is also a bonus. Reception’s very helpful and friendly. Amenities for long stay like stove, oven, fridge is provided as well as pots and pans for cooking.

The room probably needs a bit of airing but all in all, it was a good place to stay and rest after a long journey. We travelled from brisbane going to Sydney.
