Great location, cozy stay with the family. Park felt safe for the kids to play. Beautiful little ‘rainforest’ type walkway in the middle of park just behind our cabin.

Ran out of hot water on two occasions, first time was understandable after showering 4/5 family members, the second time we had been out all day and only one person had showered. The two steps onto cabin veranda were very big/steep for small children, even for me sometimes in the wet.

It was a quiet location during the day and night. It was close to several places we wanted to go. The cabins were of good value for money , had all the utilities we needed and were within our budget.

On the evening we arrived, all of the windows and doors were wide open even though it was already dark outside. It was winter and the cabin was freezing cold. The double bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable, the mattress was very soft, my wife and I kept rolling into the middle and my wife woke up with a sore back. On the second night she chose to sleep on a spare bottom bunk bed in the room with the children. This bed was much more comfortable !

Nice staff, very helpful. We had some change in our booking which they promptly helped with, and also provided additional blanket and tea bags. The cottage / cabin was clean and everything was functioning well. Ample number of chairs inside and on the balcony for a peaceful cuppa, once at night and again in the morning. Also very cost effective pricing, considering we booked just a day before the Easter holidays.

The size of the cabin and it's rooms was smaller than many others where we have been to earlier. Also, even when this caravan park is very close to the beach, it turned out that the beach was on the other side of the crest, so was not exactly walkable and we had to take the car as I had an elderly parent with me.

The location was close to eveerything in cluding a restaraunt and the beach. The place was very clean and very comfortable and convenience. I just love and it is a cabin and not a room in a motel.

The extra bed was a bunk bed of three which neither of us can fit into. But one used the bed and one used the couch in the living area. So please be specific when you answer bookings whether it is an extra single bed or a bunk bed.

The location is great, the bush setting. Staff were friendly enough. Sizing wasn’t bad for two adults.

The main bed had dents on each side of the mattress. The bunks are not long enough for another adult to sleep on, let alone climb into the bunk when they are not a couple sharing the main bed. Probably not the best option to have available. You can hear people walking in the other cabins. The wifi never worked for us.

The staff were delightful. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great. The nearby beaches are beautiful. Plenty of space in the Beach House. Just the two of us but if we had kids with us there were various spaces to utilise.

While the WiFi was free (excellent) it was patchy. We were unable to watch any streamed TV because of lag. Possibly that's a good thing, it made us do other things ; )

Nice property with cabins suits to everyone’s needs. Value for $$. The boathouse was very comfortable for a family of 4 with plenty of beds, everything you need for facilities and plenty of spend to spread out. Staff was amazing. Definitely stay there again with family and friends. Not to far of a drive to beach and town centre.

Very minor but shade and chairs around the pool would be awesome. Shower head needs to be replace. The floorboard joints into the bedrooms need to be nailed down. BBQ available to use but no BBQ utensil available to use or clean up after use.

very close to Port Macquarie shopping, beaches etc very clean property and friendly staff from check in easy to find great parking option right next to cabin rented very quiet as well, considering it was just before christmas

the main bed was a little hard for my liking, but managed to cope for the two. nights if i stayed any longer and it would of been an issue for me personally

The house was beautiful, big bed and 2 medium size bedrooms with one double bunk bed. Nice and tidy, large lounge room and dining room, nice outside seating area Great location 5 minutes from town and Friendly staff

The pillows were horrible and the large cupboard sliding doors did not slide correctly, the headboard on the bed was broken and there were cracks in the side of the bed.

The convenience of being close to places of interest and the quietness of the park.

I would of liked to have had a hand towel in the bathroom and some other creature comforts like sugar to go with coffee and tea provided. The appliances (kettle, microwave and fridge) were old and the kettle smelt like it was burning while the fridge clunked all night. Nothing that ruined our trip or stay though.
