Great location, cozy stay with the family. Park felt safe for the kids to play. Beautiful little ‘rainforest’ type walkway in the middle of park just behind our cabin.

Ran out of hot water on two occasions, first time was understandable after showering 4/5 family members, the second time we had been out all day and only one person had showered. The two steps onto cabin veranda were very big/steep for small children, even for me sometimes in the wet.

It was a quiet location during the day and night. It was close to several places we wanted to go. The cabins were of good value for money , had all the utilities we needed and were within our budget.

On the evening we arrived, all of the windows and doors were wide open even though it was already dark outside. It was winter and the cabin was freezing cold. The double bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable, the mattress was very soft, my wife and I kept rolling into the middle and my wife woke up with a sore back. On the second night she chose to sleep on a spare bottom bunk bed in the room with the children. This bed was much more comfortable !

My first impression was that the cabin was old but spotlessly clean. The linen was immaculate, the bed super-comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling, there was an abundance of hanging space (but only two hangers) and a huge mirror. My cabin was a double, but apart from the double bed there was a three-tier bunk. Five people would have been a very tight fit!

Nice staff, very helpful. We had some change in our booking which they promptly helped with, and also provided additional blanket and tea bags. The cottage / cabin was clean and everything was functioning well. Ample number of chairs inside and on the balcony for a peaceful cuppa, once at night and again in the morning. Also very cost effective pricing, considering we booked just a day before the Easter holidays.

The size of the cabin and it's rooms was smaller than many others where we have been to earlier. Also, even when this caravan park is very close to the beach, it turned out that the beach was on the other side of the crest, so was not exactly walkable and we had to take the car as I had an elderly parent with me.

My cabin was clean. I liked having the 2-burner cooktop and full-size fridge. Being able to park right next to the cabin made life a lot easier. The lady in reception was very welcoming. The location is great, with the beach, cafes/restaurant, chemist, and small corner store type of business within an easy walk.

My cabin did have a small leak. Only 2 washing machines and 1 dryer in the laundry.

The location was close to eveerything in cluding a restaraunt and the beach. The place was very clean and very comfortable and convenience. I just love and it is a cabin and not a room in a motel.

The extra bed was a bunk bed of three which neither of us can fit into. But one used the bed and one used the couch in the living area. So please be specific when you answer bookings whether it is an extra single bed or a bunk bed.

The location is great, the bush setting. Staff were friendly enough. Sizing wasn’t bad for two adults.

The main bed had dents on each side of the mattress. The bunks are not long enough for another adult to sleep on, let alone climb into the bunk when they are not a couple sharing the main bed. Probably not the best option to have available. You can hear people walking in the other cabins. The wifi never worked for us.

Staff were accommodating of late check in. Very pleasant and friendly. Called us during the day to ask if we would be checking in late and gave instructions.

The bunks are a little small for adults. However we knew this before we booked and all linen was supplied which isn't typical for these cabins, so was very welcome and one of the reasons we chose this stop over.

Property was very spacious. Close to the beach. Quiet. Warm welcome. Price was reasonable.

Just some little things that could be replaced that would make a difference. Rusty garbage bin in bathroom. Rusty shower caddy. No gas in the lighter for the gas stove. Detergent in kitchen only had enough in it for one wash. Deep clean is needed to spruce property up.

The staff were delightful. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great. The nearby beaches are beautiful. Plenty of space in the Beach House. Just the two of us but if we had kids with us there were various spaces to utilise.

While the WiFi was free (excellent) it was patchy. We were unable to watch any streamed TV because of lag. Possibly that's a good thing, it made us do other things ; )
