We loved our stay at Flynn's. It was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice little vacation. The location is great, the surrounding gardens are wonderful and all the amenities were great. The bed was super comfortable. It was great to have access to a bbq and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed.

A little too much chlorine in the pool and the guy with the leafblower - do you really need to start at 6 am and 7 am on the weekend? People pay good money for their holidays and need to rest. It's really not okay to wake up to a leaf blower each morning when the whole purpose of a holiday is to relax. Surely you can adjust your timing to the afternoon? We would absolutely love to come back and stay here and recommend it to all of our friends, but that leaf blower in the morning is a real turn off.

Great location. Easy check in and out. Very close to Flynns beach. Very well equipped chalet including the stater pack for tea, coffee and toiletries. Overall a very positive stay.

The bedroom had lots of cobwebs around the ceiling, not that it bothered us, we didn't see any spiders! Check out time was 10am, would have been better if slightly later as there's a lot they expect you to do before leaving, in terms of making sure the chalet is left clean, including taking out the rubbish. We did manage it, but it was tight, despite getting up early. All the units appeared to be the same size, so for 2 people, in peak season it would be expensive to stay there.

Location was ideal for the beaches and beach walks. Nespresso coffee maker was appreciated. Top notch framed Samsung TV was top quality. Air conditioning was great, but humidity was a little too high to allow towels to dry. Pool was fun for the kids, but whirlpool could have been hotter. Shower outside the pool area was fantastic. Outside BBQ attached to each unit was handy, and the dishwasher was top notch. Privacy between the rooms was a bonus. In-garage parking alleviates concerns of getting any dings and dents while parked. Overall, my whole family said that it would be worth traveling from Canada to spend 10 days at this location in these villas. The wildlife was a great bonus, being visited by Kookaburras and bush turkeys every day.

Oven was a little hard to understand and operate.

5 minute walk to Flynn’s beach and restaurants, cafes. Nice sized light filled modern unit with wooden floors, full kitchen and comfortable lounge area with TV. Swimming pool and good parking. Like a home away from home. We normally stop at Port Macquarie on the way to Byron Bay and are usually disappointed with the hotels in town. This was a similar price and so much more comfortable and modern.

The upstairs bedrooms were locked so we had to use the downstairs bedroom. It was comfortable but had no windows we could open. It had a sliding glass door with a screen door that opened onto a grass lawn surrounded by trees and bush. We couldn’t lock the screen door. The area seemed safe but we would prefer to feel secure and have fresh air with an open window or lockable screen door especially as the bedroom was on the ground floor.

I like the bedroom to be cold for sleeping. The aircon was limited to a minimum of 21 degrees which wasn't cool enough in the bedroom, although plenty cool enough in the rest of the apartment. Also, the bedroom ceiling fan was noisy. It needs to be replaced with a more modern, quieter fan. Please note, however, these were just minor issues which certainly would not deter us from staying there again.

Pool was fantastic, clean, heated, and the kids play section was wonderful. Hot tub was great too. The villa was comfortable, plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 kids, and smart TV's were reasonably new, easy to login and use streaming services. Location was good, walking distance to beach and great cafe.

No conditioner supplied in bathroom? Basic kitchen/cooking items not supplied eg oil, Tupperware/cling wrap/foil for leftovers not supplied. No scissors. Playground was a hazard that I wouldn't let my kids play on, extremely filthy, run down/rusty. The pool and general areas were well maintained but the playground forgotten? At best it needed a thorough clean, ideally it needs to be taken down or replaced, it was unusable.

Lovely spacious villa. We had the one bedroom so the second floor was locked and we thought, how can the villa be any bigger 😁 It had all the appliances in the kitchen. Coffee pod machine as well as a kettle. Tea, coffee and sugar. Milk in the fridge. Linen, towels, shampoo and body wash. Great t.v. It's on the less cafe, restaurants and shopping side so you need a car to access those as it's way too far to stroll there. There's a washer and dryer off the lock up garage 👍 it also has a patio!

It fit all our criteria so how can you fault it!

We were really pleased with this apartment and it would also be great for families. Large living area with a full size well equipped kitchen. We were surprised to find a good little private garden attached to the apartment - perfect if you have little ones who need to run around a bit. The apartment backed on to a little nature reserve with a creek which made it feel very private and quiet even though we were located right next to reception. Beach and great restaurants all within walking distance

To be honest I can't really fault the apartment we stayed in. The main bedroom could have been a bit bigger - but we were very happy with what was provided within our budget.

This property is fabulous for an overnight stay or a few nights. Have stayed multiple times with my family it is perfect for families! This stay I had 2 children and a highchair and cot were provided on request as well as the ev charger. Fitted with blockout curtains which were perfect! The property is perfect for my needs hence why I keep returning.

Wish it was slightly cheaper but it ticks too many boxes so I keep coming back. The floorboards under the carpet have quite a bit of movement making for a squeaky walking surface. It’s fine but I wouldn’t like it if I went to bed first or you had early risers in the family. This was only one of the villas I’m not sure what the rest are like.

It was very comfortable and had everything you might need for a short or even much longer stay. You could imagine yourself living there! The pool area was lovely and a great jacuzzi too.

All good although I would personally prefer a shower that wasn’t totally overhead when you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. A minor and personal preference. The towels were too few and small but I found out too late I could have asked reception for extras. As we checked in on a Sunday there were no reception staff on the day to ask such things. The property is ideal for Flynn’s Beach but a way from the main town unless you have a car, can get buses or want to walk for 25 minutes.
