Perfect for our weekend stay had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. The pool was right outside our room and was a great setup with different levelled pools for our kids of different ages. The washing machine and dryer came in good use after the rain, pool and a weekend of sports. Although there wasn’t Netflix or a smart tv, they had a wonderful selection of dvds which was a great experience for the kids to borrow a movie. Excellent location to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. Staff were wonderful to communicate with.

Not a lot to be honest. If we were being picky we would have loved two rolls of full toilet paper. We received 1/4 of a roll and 1 spare. Our dvd player didn’t work which wasn’t a major issue as we were busy with sport.

The rooms were spotless. The unit provided good facilities . We couldn't have asked for more. The manager phoned us before our stay advising that there was no left on the property and we should consider a ground floor unit as there were many staircases to negotiate to our Ocean View room. This was negotiated to a ground floor unit, and there were still quite a few stairs to negotiate from the underground apartment.

There was no hot water on two days of our three night stay. This detracted from our lovely stay. The manager went out of her way to apologise for the lack of hot water on our vacating the premises. This was appreciated.

Lovely apartment with everything needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Good undercover parking. Friendly reception. Nice grounds that are well maintained. Well maintained pool area. Provided you are fit enough to climb stairs, I would highly recommend it.

Accessibility to the apartment was the only issue. It involved a number of stairs to bring luggage to the unit. No lifts and some apartments up three stories. Bins for rubbish and recycling are in the basement, but that had the advantage of no unsightly bins around the units.

Place was very clean and tidy felt very comfortable had everything we wanted and needed . Kids loved that pool was heated

The only thing I can say is the room with the kids beds in it locked by itself meaning we had to get someone to come unlock it so we could get back in it didn’t have a latch on the back . Lucky my kids are older but I would hate to think a little kid can lock itself behind that door

Room extremely clean, comfortable bed and all requirements for a short break met.... and I got my paid Ocean View room. Even got to see a whale spashing around in the ocean from my balcony.

The stairs and the lack of signage to get to your room. It's somewhat "entertaining" watching people trying to find their rooms, but not so funny for families with little kids, and aged adults struggle with their luggage up the stairs. It is clearly stated on their site that there are no lifts, however, 3 flights of stairs doesn't sound much to you tackle them with loaded suitcases. Thumbs down to the young ladies allowing their children to swim in the pool with a massive electrical storm happening above us at the time. ( maybe a sign could be put on the gate to warn of the danger of swimming in water when there is lightning around, for stupid parents like them...or close the pool.!!)

The 3 bedroom ocean view apartment was perfect for our stay. Great view from the balcony. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated but it was very clean. Wifi signal was good. The pool and spa area was lovely and bbq area is a great facilty. Easy access to the beach and town. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The swimming pool and the hot tub was stunning, my kids were enjoying a lot on even rainy day and cold day. Made lots of friends and called for swimming together in the afternoon.

We asked more toilet paper and towels but didn't get it because we are staying only 2 nights... towels we understood as we can wash and dry . But toilet paper... didn't understand.

The apartments are well located, lovely and clean, short drive into town so close by and accessible - buses rub along the st) plenty of off st parking (our vehicle was too high for the carpark but parking wasn’t an issue and there was no vacancy so it was busy). Very quiet, the pool was great for kids of all ages. We would definitely stay again!

The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. The pool and spa looked lovely and although we didn’t get a chance to use them, they were very popular with other guests even in winter. The beds were comfy and ample size. The apartment had modern furnishings. We had a beautiful beach view.

A second bathroom no would have been handy with 3 bedrooms. The bath/shower was a little deep to step out of safely. The kitchen and bathroom were a little dated.

The location was fantastic, too be able to see whales from your Balcony The convenience of being close by to every thing. The restaurants etc were all good . We went down for a wedding. Definitely will be going back to south pacific apartments.

All was good , no problems at all. Very clean and tidy around the gardens and pool area.
