We had the most exceptional stay at this wonderful home! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they went out the morning of our stay to buy fresh fruit, milk, and orange juice for us, which was such a kind and personal touch. The house itself was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Absolutely amazing location being just a short 5 minute walk away from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. It’s clear the hosts genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make their experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Port Macquarie again.

John meet us at the unit and explained everything about the unit as well as telling us about the walk to the beach and the best place to have dinner etc The unit was so clean and comfortable we will definitely be back again. A wide variety of food was provided for breakfast including cereal, eggs , fruit and toast etc Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you Angela and John for putting the effort into providing us with such a comfortable place to stay.

There was nothing not to like .

The location was lovely and quiet, close to the lighthouse and beautiful beaches. I picked this location in Port Macquarie as I’ve previously stayed closer to the town centre before and wanted something different and quiet. Loved the space of the bnb plus the hosts had thought of everything you could need whilst keeping it minimal. There was quite a selection of food at breakfast which was amazing - eggs, bread, butter, juice, milk, cereals, condiments, yoghurt etc. They had pamphlets and information about activities, suggested restaurants which was really handy. The hosts were really friendly as well. Highly recommend staying at Se-Ayr bnb at lighthouse.

The area was beautiful and felt very private and safe. Parking was right outside accommodation. They provided food for breakfast, eggs, bread, yogurt, milk, juice, tea, coffee, fruit, exactly what our wee family needed. John and Angela were lovely, we had coffee together down at the local cafe which was less than a 10min walk from the property overlooking the beach. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

A short distance outside Port Macquarie, but with a car, absolutely no problem at all. A lovely house on a residential street, with easy parking and a close ground floor, private entrance. Angela and John were excellent, welcoming hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. Generous amenities in terms of breakfast items, lovely little touches that really make a difference. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, just exceptional. We could not rate this stay more highly.

What ever could have been better?, whatever there was, Angela and John had clearly already thought about it! .. and addressed it. Really, we could not fault any aspect.

I traveled with my 5 year old daughter. The bed was comfortable. The place was lovely and clean. We appreciated the little extras like the fruit and the chocolates after arriving there after a long drive. The variety of options for breakfast was perfect for us. The location was just what we needed as we were not to far from Port Macquarie city but nice and close to the beach and lighthouse. My daughter really enjoyed having a bath before bed,

It went so quick. we would have happily stayed longer if we didn't have to be elsewhere. Was a beautiful setting and a great base for a holiday in Port Macquarie.

This place was incredible, the extra touches and the simple breakfast made our day. We were greeted by John who helped our small family with bringing the luggage in, I am amazed at how nice they are. We even bumped into them for coffee and had a nice chat! An amazing family :)

I suppose the beds were a little hard or maybe lopsided? Other than that, it was perfect.

The accommodation was immaculately presented with more than adequate supplies of breakfast goodies. Angela and John were atentive hosts and provided us with helpful local information.The location must be the best in Port Macquarie with its small rain forest walk and distance from the beach .A definate recommendation for our friends. The place is very quiet, clean and tidy. Plenty of breakfast food. Clear instructions to check in and house rules

I would recommend adding more flexibility to the check-out time to accommodate different customers' circumstances. I have not seen a washing machine, so I'm not sure if someone will rent for long distance, how the laundry will be done.

Nice little 2 bedroom unit, good for families. Own entrance with courtyard garden. Kitchen well appointed, good continental breakfast. Lovely people and very helpful. They made my 96 year old Mum a cuppa on arrival. She felt very welcome and comfortable. Thank you for also being flexible and generous with the parking arrangements. Mum didnt want to leave.

Street parking for one car in a narrow street with a dead end was tight. Access tricky for disabled people due to the slope of the land. Toilet has a small S-bend which blocks frequently.
