Great location!.situated near a busy road and a car wash across but could not hear anything from the room, very quiet. Only 5 minutes drive to the beach and main food places. Picked up keys via locked safety box outside of reception. Did not see any staff, so could not rate that. It was an easy check in and check out. Don't be fooled on the outside the, the room was recently renovated and is clean. Comfortable beds.

Did not see any exhaust fan but had a window in the bathroom. Could've used to turn on the light outside in the reception office to help with walking to the car during the night.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and our room has been nicely refurbished. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The external appearance which appears to be rather dated and in need of updating was a little concerning when we arrived. Do not be deterred, the exterior does not reflect the refurbished rooms. Easy to find and easy to depart heading north. A good overnight stay.

In terms of the room, nothing. It was a great stay. The exterior of the property could be upgraded to reflect the actual accommodation rooms. If driving past, it would be tempting to keep driving.

The room was very well appointed, with tasteful furnishings. It was clean and a good amount of towels and bathroom needs supplied. More than adequate kitchenware was provided. Towels were changed daily. The double blind system worked well. While the outside isn't stunning what matters is very good. Despite it being on the main road into Port Macquarie (which was useful) there was little road noise. Nearby were shops and an excellent Growers Market. Reception staff very pleasant and not pushy.

Almost everything. No oil painting from the street but don’t judge a book by its cover! Compact floor plan with everything you need where you need it including a functional adequately equipped kitchenette. Appears to be recently refurbished with new fittings and cabinets installed to a high standard. Thoughtfully put together right down to the choice of ceiling fan. Appreciated the 300ml of fresh milk in the fridge as opposed to the long life milk most motels provide. Really helpful staff. Value for money.

Early morning traffic noise a bit of a downer. Car parking is just okay and very exposed to the main drag.

We stayed (Father & son) in unit 7. Opening the door to enter was an excellent surprise. This would have to be one of the best room renovations I have seen. Practical layout with sensible sized fridge and a proper sink so we did not have to fill the kettle, wash our mugs etc. in a basin next to the toilet. Well-designed ensuite with excellent shower.

The only suggestions I have is to replace the old through the wall type air-conditioner with a split system unit (the unit is not very noisy but a split would be better). The door catch is loose so the door was rattling as it was windy during the night.

It was very clean and modernised inside and the outside was painted and clean.The bedroom linen was clean and presented the room well. The shower/bathroom was updated and the hot water and good pressure made for a comfortable shower. Excellent value for money.

The noisy air conditioner. The parking lot lets down the first impression of the accommodation. When leaving in the morning, you exit right where traffic is banked up at lights but very courteous people let us out without having to wait.

Step back in time and experience the charm of this classic motel. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and featured modern amenities. While some might consider it small, I found it to be perfectly sized for two, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The motel's location is ideal, with downtown just a short walk away, providing easy access to essential stores and attractions.

I recently stayed at this accommodation and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely return in the future!

Remodelled to a high standard. Not a large room but well fitted out with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Bathroom well appointed with lovely big tiles to the ceiling, large shower head. Good quality towels.

The front of the building doesn’t reflect the rooms inside. Cement needs replacing as it is uneven and cracked.

Very clean,, very comfortable, very modern facilities in the room, great value and friendly, helpful staff.. For the price this property well exceeded expectations and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying for a week in Port Macquarie or just passing through.
