Clean, tidy, close to city centre so made shopping at Coles easy. Good internet and TV system to cast phone to TV but some may have trouble. Easy to get in and out of town if only stopping for an overnight stay.

A little hard to find the property, have to make a quick turn after the roundabout. The sign on main road a little confusing so had to go around the block and come back. Motel is top go the hill not on the corner. The property looks a little dated, the bathroom door in unit 27 drags on the floor. Motel close to shops but a long way from beaches.

Great room with plenty of space. Very clean. Had a nice lounge and a dining table . Good facilities with microwave, kettle and all cutlery necessary. Mini bar was well stocked and the Wine was not over priced, unfortunately ( or fortunately) the Wife didn't see it until the next morning !!.

Breakfast on offer was just a breakfast box which for $12 wasn't worth it. However got something at Woolies that evening so caused no problem. I believe their usual breakfast room was being renovated.

Well maintained, clean, friendly staff. Really nice mattress and pillows, perfect sleep.

Had confirmation for ground floor room but got room upstairs (had to carry a heavy suitcase). Room fitout needs an update, including the TV. Tea and coffee selection in the room not great. Construction works nearby started early in the morning, had to get up because of noise.

It was an old style motel with a strange entrance. Facilities were all there for our comfort. Host was very pleasant walking distance from beach town and eating places.

Notices in the bathroom kitchen and bedroom a bit of an overkill with instructions. This motel being old is a bit tired could due with an update

Everything went very well, from check-in to check-out. The lady on reception was extremely helpful. The room itself was a very good size, very comfortable and clean with all that you would need. Even given a cup of milk at reception for the tea and coffee provided in the room. Reception gave me a number to call to book a taxi for 5am, because I was catching a flight, was a little nervous it would turn up, but the lady reassured me that in the 7 years she had worked there, the taxi service had never failed. In addition, there is an electronic button near reception and 1st floor, just press and straight through to a taxi service. The taxi did turn up as booked. The hotel is also very well located and close to many restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Plus the drive to the airport only takes 6 minutes. Ample car parking for guests.

The only minor negative, was that a well stocked vending machine for snacks and drinks was out of service.

Location was quiet, overall clean, but bathroom floor seemed a bit dirty, bed was comfy even if a bit older, shower good, casual chairs were old and uncomfortable, dining chairs basic. TV OK, programs available ok.

Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed plus extras! We were offered actual fresh milk when we arrived! There were breakfast options in the room (for an extra charge) as well as a stocked bar fridge.

Only drawback was no cupboard in the bathroom. So not much room to put your toiletries. Just a little bench space.

The location was quiet and comfortable. It was reasonably easy to access by car, and parking onsite was free and under sails to keep the cars cool inside, which was fantastic. The free WiFi was good quality without dropouts. Good sized mini fridge.

There wasn't anything not to like about the accommodation. The street it is located on can be difficult to exit at certain times of the day, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.

Good sized room. Well equipped, microwave, fridge, toaster.l and kettle. The lady on reception friendly and helpful and she gave us a lovely complimentary small bottle of fresh milk. Walkable to the harbour, beach and restaurants. Quiet location and easy, safe parking.

they advertised airport shuttles & don’t supply. I paid the extra to get accommodation that provided a shuttle service & when I ask to be picked up at the airport they said they were short staffed that day. for my return I asked 2 days in advance for shuttle service & they said they would get back to me they never did so I ended up paying an extra $50 for cab fares. if they can’t give the service they shouldn’t offer it or I should be reimbursed
