The hotel is located in the city center 10 minutes walk form every thing. The rooms are nice size, clean, well designed The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is GREAT. Really reccomended!!! Staff were very Nice and Helpfull.

The only negative thing i can write about is the fact the hotel is located next to a club and in some rooms you can hear & feel the basses untill 2AM every night. its not that bad. but its worth mentioning.

The location is good, a lot of restaurants and shops, not far from the center of the city, and a reasonable walking distance from all the monuments.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, lots of graffiti, the hotel is clean, but has a couple of 'wet stains' on the walls of the hallway, the bathroom and shower are glass doors (milk glass, not see through), the water from the shower is entering the room as the sealing on the bottom of the glass is not perfect. The maintenance of the room by the cleaning staff is good, but they are not paying attention to the empty soap dispenser and the toilet paper.

Stayed at the property on three occasions during trips to Athens and it's always a pleasant stay. Rooms are a good size and beds comfy. The hotel is conveniently located in a pedestrian area of Athens with cafés and bars close by as well as well as the tourist sights. Staff are friendly

Maybe sound proofing. Unfortunately there is a lot of echo from the corridor and it wasn't helped that there was a rather loud family who let their kids scream and shout until 11pm each night that could be heard in the room (not the hotel's fault)

We loved the hotel. The receptionists are all extremely friendly and welcoming, it's great to walk in to a friendly face. The restaurant has 10/10 food, and huge portions. The staff is also very friendly and hospitable. The location is quite convenient, with Monastiraki square being a 5-min walk away, Ermou street 6-min away, and Syntagma square 7-min away. It was easy moving around the city from here.

- Amenities weren't directly provided, you have to ask for them. We asked for toothbrushes and slippers, as there's a paper explaining that they are available per request. I would probably propose to have a list for guests to understand what amenities are available to them. Especially for first-time travellers who wouldn't know. - We found a bed bug one night *but* the staff was extremely quick to change our beds and had professionals check our room twice.

The spacious room and shower. The delicious food. The Helpful staff. The modern facilities.

Acropolis view is not a view. We could see half of it. The bread was kind of expensive in the restaurant. The fact that we had to choose three ingredients for our bread/toast in the breakfast menu and the butter was considered as an ingredient.

The Gem Society Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near all the key attractions and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring Athens. I would highly recommend this hotel for its quality and prime location.

What I didn’t like was that there was no window facing the outside of the building, making it difficult to understand the weather or see what it’s like outside. The windows face the lightwell, which I must admit is nicely decorated, but it doesn’t quite make up for the lack of an external view.

Very good hotel Great location, 10 minutes walk from the center Staff was very polite and collaborative, ready to assist. Rooms clean. The only thing is a step in front ot the bathroom and toilet. In the dark if not used to it, might be less comfortable. There is a night club at the ground floor, might be a bit noisy. Did not affect us, as our rooms faced a different direction. Breakfast was Ok, not a buffet, but a restaurant serving breakfast. You can choose 3 dishes from the menu, coffee and juice. In total, good experience.

Breakfast was excellent Alla Cart with lots of options you hardly need to eat lunch after such a feast. very pleasant and professional stuff. one day we went early on a cruise and they packed breakfast boxes for us. Very nice. the front office was very helpful with anything we asked for and the location was smack in the center of everything. Free coffee and 2 bottles of water every day in the room.

The room was classified as Deluxe standard but was small. You can deal with it however we stayed 5 nights and there were no drawers or closets to put our stuff in. We stayed packed in suitcases the entire stay There was NO MIRROR in the room only a short one in the bathroom. The shower had nice pressure but the open glass door was uncomfortable because all the space gets sprayed with water. We asked to change rooms and pay for an upgrade but the hotel was full.

This little hotel really is a gem. Perfect location within Athens’ “golden triangle” with almost all the main attractions easily walkable. The hotel is both stylish & comfortable with real luxury touches in the rooms. Little extras really count like the Nespresso machine in the room (pods replaced daily) and free bottles of water in the fridge. Daily room service is to a very high standard. All the staff were delightful & very friendly - both those on reception and those in the restaurant. Once you have mastered the breakfast algorithm you will find lots of variety and masses of food all cooked to order to set you up for the day. This is a fabulous hotel!
