Large good quality televisions; helpful and pleasant front desk personnel; excellent courtesy coffee machine in the lobby that was available 24 hours; unobtrusive cleaning staff. I was surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price. It's not a resort. It's just an excellent place to stay if you need a place to stay and no more. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

Lack of the usual note paper, pens, tip envelope, and information binder in the room. If that was the trade-off for keeping the room cost down then I'm perfectly happy to miss them.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and updated the rooms were. The bathroom was small, but I loved that it had a sliding glass door shower with the overhead rainfall showerhead as well as a ring light/heated mirror. I specifically booked BW as I always want to book hotels with free breakfast. Unfortunately, I'm unable to give any opinion on the free breakfast because for the first time ever I slept so well in that bed that I slept right through the breakfast! I was still able to get myself some coffee from the coffee bar which is very nice as it has the machine that roasts for you instead of coffee that sits out all morning. All in all, it was an amazing stay and I will surely book here again if in the Buffalo area.

The room was a bit small, but the layout was nice and organized to give you the room needed for your things.

I liked that we could park our car right outside our room so we could easily check in on it. Breakfast in the morning was hearty enough we could go most of the day without needing to stop for food.

The mattress pad made my lower back ache a bit as it was too soft. The shower has a fixed & a sliding door, meaning you have to be all the way inside the shower to turn it on so you get blasted with cold water. Water leaks out where the two shower doors meet & it puddles on the floor. These are both just basic design flaws. Our room keys stopped working on our last day, and that made it difficult to load the car. Front desk assured me the keys not working is a temporary glitch they are working to remedy & apologized for any inconvenience.

We upgraded and got a larger room. The room was great for a party of 4. The staff was friendly, breakfast had warm options. Good location close to the airport.

While there was warm food available, the eggs were odd patties. The sausage was dry turkey, very dry. Our door key did not work after breakfast, I had to go to the front to get it fixed. Then, the manual door stopper that can only be applied from the inside somehow swung out and we were locked out again. Fortunately we had a noon flight, not an early flight. All was taken care of, but a major hassle.

Unfortunately we didn't have a car, and thought the hotel had a shuttle bus to the airport. It's not within walking distance of the airport either. A taxi was $65, a shuttle $75 but the UBER was $16.95. The hotel has a coffee machine available all day and an inclusive hot breakfast. There are a couple of good places to eat nearby, walking distance, and an amazing Heroes Park - very moving. Our room was spacious, very clean and cool. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Without a car, the location isn't great.

I like the compact room size. Better for cooling off the room. Although, you need to specify that there is a small fridge available. On booking website it wasn’t included

Parking is full, but I guess you have to drive to the other side of the building for more spots. Breakfast is great but when busy t you run out of hot food. Get there before 9 am

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed.

The shower arrangement was somewhat cumbersome to operate as the faucet was hard to turn and you had to get in the shower stall to adjust the water as the door closest to the faucet could not be opened. I felt like it could be a possible burn hazard. Also the floor of the stall was extremely slippery. A shower mat should be provided.

Everything was top notch. I really have no complaints abt the property itself. The room was slick and span. The breakfast was great. It was convenient to stores. Enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like that I had to complete the whole process of rebooking when I wanted to add on extra days. Also, one day the waffle maker was not working and there were no eggs and bacon.

Nice, Clean Room & NO odors! Halls & Lobby clean too. Shower was really nice! Breakfast was Hot & plentiful. Nice selections for everyone!

A few sketchy looking people across the parking lot in the next Hotel. Not much you can do about it... so the Bright Lights outside were helpful and gave us some Peace of Mind. All was safe.

Location. The staff-especially Lewis-was great. The elevator was broken so he carried our large suitcase upstairs for us. We were also given the wrong room, but he corrected it so we had the suite I had reserved.

The furniture was uncomfortable. The broken elevator-I have a knee replacement and going up and down stairs is hard.
