The breakfast provided was quite good. The restaurant staff was very helpful. The rooms were small, with little luggage space, but they were kept clean and all the essential amenities were provided (coffee, tea, toiletries, charging stations, etc.). The hotel has a laundry area, vendo machine, lounge, and a playroom for guests. Tsukiji train station is only about 5 min away on foot. A convenience store is a few steps away. We highly recommend trying the Oyster and Shell Ramen & the small Yakiniku place nearby.

It would have been nice if they provided restaurant recommendations or places to visit nearby.

Everyone could speak English and is very friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage there before check in so that we can explore as soon as we arrived into Ginza and then also, Lily helped us process the paperwork we needed to send our luggage to our next location vert smoothly. The room was decent size that's all we needed. The breakfast was really nice buffet with wide variety, and the man who works in the morning at the buffet is really quick and helpful. Amazing experience as our first ever trip to Japan and first location. The location was great. A 15 mins walk to everywhere we needed to go to for underground and tsukiji market. Around has also alot of local food options too! Our room was able to see tokyo tower on the left and sky tree on the right! That was a bonus!

Hotel is newish and in a good location close to the fish market. Its not so central as other parts of Ginza, but it does not really matter as long as you don't mind walking. Rooms are nice enough and F&B is also fine.

Staff was not very engaging at this hotel. A smile goes a long way. When asking for an invoice at checkout the receptionist almost had a heart attack it seemed hahaha. also sort out the lobby please! its a bloody mess with bags everywhere and no space to get to the counters.

We stayed in the family room which is quite spacious and very clean. We also like the bathroom - the toilet, bathtub/shower and sink is separate so this is convenient for a family staying in one room.

Reception was not helpful. We wanted to book a big taxi to go to airport. We went to the reception a few days before to book and were told we need not book in advance, we can just book the day before. So on the day before, we tried to book a big taxi only to be told that they clild not find a big taxi.

The hotel was kind enough to make sure our three rooms were all together on the same floor for our family which I called through a couple days before and requested. Breakfast was very good and all 9 off us enjoyed it. The position where it is is easy to get to subway station and also 2min walk to 7/11, family mart and Lawson supermarket! They had everything you need and very fresh and cheap. Easy for Uber and nothing was hard from here. Tokyo station very close by Uber or subway to get high speed train out to where we where going

Like the rooms to be bigger but I know these at 20sqm are bigger then most in Tokyo at 12-14sqm so I think we are lucky as we used three rooms for 9 people

The proximity to pretty much everything that I needed during my trip, Tsukiji Market, Ginza, public transportation and other attractions in Tokyo including the teamLAB Tokyo. Easy access and friendly staff. very helpful and will always try to help with your queries. Therefore, I stayed in two separate occasion during my recent trip to Japan (Twice in Tokyo and once at Koko Hotel in Osaka)

Generally okay for a 3 star hotel. The family room was good. There are a few metro stations nearby. If you can walk well, and you have a subway pass, it's a good location. On the negative, breakfast is okay, not great and incredibly busy. It stops at 09:00-09:30 which is much too early, resulting in it being far too busy at 08:30. The lifts are terrible. They take ages. The hotel blocks one of three lifts after 08:30 which makes the wait horrendous in the morning.

Location was terrific for public transportation , Tsukiji Market & shopping. Breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and a great value- allowed us to taste some things in small portions.

Rooms are so small and shared space challenging. Once went to lounge on 2nd floor and another guest was lying on the only couch. Another time that room had snack wrappers and cold coffee trash on the only table. It also has loud buzzing fluorescent lights- it was not a comfortable space, and there seemed to be nowhere else to go very early in the morning.

The room is bigger than expected of japan hotel room's normal size. Our room is 20sqm in size. But they have smaller rooms too that's lower in price. We had ample space for our luggages. Check out was swift and easy. Just had to drop off the keys and off we went.

The bedsheet has a grainy texture. Not too comfortable and quite itchy for me. There was also just one small pillow per bed.

Rooms were spacious and generally clean, some parts of room are dusty but overall very clean. Beds were comfortable but we wish there were more pillows. Family room is super spacious considering the location, loved that the toilet was separate from the bath area, so kids could take a soak in the tub and whoever could still use the toilet.

The only area of improvement that I would recommend, is to have a small cot or playpen for babies and have some kids amenities. Housekeeping only will be done if you put the make up sign, we weren't informed so our room wasn't clean and we only found out at night (next day we checked out).
