It's wonderful to not have to leave to find a good meal. It's a really nice resort environment. The staff keeps it up well. We really enjoyed the outside pool and restaurant/bar.

The staff is ok. Often, we had quite a wait to get anyone to pay attention to us. We tried to order drinks at the bar and the waiter didn't even know how to make the drink, plus he made us feel like we were a bother. We got the same sort of treatment at the inside restaurant. The waitress hollered at another woman and said, "you help them." Not super inviting. The food was good though!

The room was wonderful. The breakfast was even better.

There was a plumbing problem with the bathtub. When I arrived there was a lot of gunk that had backed up in the tub. I was sure the cleaners hadn't ignored this and it must have backed up after they cleaned. Then I heard a weird gurgling sound and went in to see what was going on. The bathtub drain was backing up and filling the tub with water and some debris. When I called the front desk, they arranged a time that the maintenance person could come look at it. I guess they worked on it because it didn't happen again when I was there.

Our grandkids just loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We did too, particularly the outdoor pool with its proximity to The Sand Bar. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable.

Way too much obsession with security. It was difficult enough to get to the lobby from our rooms and to the pools without having to use our room cards every time we encountered a door. Having to use the card twice to get to the indoor pool was rather ridiculous.

For our family, it was lovely. The pool had us entertained for hours. What a treat.

The fire alarm wiring was apparently getting worked on. Being informed that the alarm might go off would have been nice to know. We were abruptly woken at 2:30am to the fire alarm. No explanation. No one telling us what was going on. With children in tow this was quite frustrating. I feel this could have been handled a bit better. The food was a bit lack luster for such an environment.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms large, clean and quiet, free delicious breakfast, two pools, live music, and free airport shuttle. This was a great place to stay right along the river and bike path. Highly recommended.

The only change I would like to see is for the outdoor pool to open earlier. It opens at 11 am and check out is 11 am, so no morning swim. It would be nice if the outdoor pool opened a little earlier at 9:30 or 10.

The place is so well put together and maintained. The staff literally waited on you and were super helpful. The food and drinks were awesome. The room was gorgeous, and I got complementary upgrades.

Literally the only thing is that they've removed things that made their breakfast unique such as the meat carving station and a couple other things. For the price everyone is paying to stay there I definitely think they shouldn't be removing value.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, prepared fresh, and better than most hotels we have stayed. Our stay took place during the summer heat wave and the indoor pool was much appreciated. AND...We drive and EV. The hotel has a charging station with room for several cars for customer use. I called four or five hotels asking about EV charge stations and this was the only one I found. We will be back!

Great amenities- pools, close to walking path and river. Breakfast included each day. Loved the location being right outside of downtown.

The walls are very thin. I recommend wearing earplugs for bed as our neighbors next to us, and above us, did not respect evening hours.

Location was exceptional on the Boise River with easy access to the biking/ walking trail that runs for 25 miles along the river. Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are large decorated with beautiful photos of the area. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet rooms. Clean. Yes, there are lots of conferences and activities going on along with live music at the on site outdoor restaurant but the music was wonderful and the business didn’t bother us . It felt very festive when walking around. Couldn’t hear anything when we were in our rooms. The outdoor heated pool is amazing and the breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes was one of the best we had after a month road tripping and after eating lots of hotel breakfasts!

Very nice location beside the river along the Greenbelt. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Nightly music. Spacious rooms. Lots of amenities like restaurants pool and gym. Free airport shuttle. Complimentary cookie on arrival.

Layout is like a maze and takes a while to get oriented. Quite a distance to walk from room to restaurant if you have mobility issues
