Loved the size of the room, the comfort, the cleanliness, the size and comfort of the bed, lots of towels, etc. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Rooms were pretty quiet. Staff were helpful. The artwork (mural and the car in particular) were fun. The pond out back was pretty. And the price was excellent.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, just a bit past midnight, so we were locked out. After a long day, that was unpleasant to deal with. But it was soon taken care of. There are NO signs telling us how to get to the hotel from Parmer! At night, this is particularly bad. We drove past it twice. The road / driveway leading to the hotel is not marked and could easily be missed. This was kind of frustrating. The fridge compressor was a bit noisy, and while we could not hear people or TV, etc, we could hear people walking around in the room above us because the floor squeaked. But these were minor.

Nice breakfast with good selection and rotating items, including Texas shaped waffles. Pool just about warm enough. Basketball court. BBQs worked and hotel provided tongs. Nice Austin music themed lobby. Evening social three nights a week with beer and wine included. Most of the staff are friendly.

Breakfast ended at 9, as leisure travellers we would have appreciated half an hour longer. Evening social from 5 to 7 is also very early, 6-8 or 5-8 would have worked better for us.

Breakfast was great! We stayed 5 days and it changed a little bit each day. There was a stove, dishwasher, a few dishes, and a full sized fridge in the room which was very handy. We were able to spend more money exploring Austin and cooking back in our room. The room was spacious. There were 3 of us and we each had our own bed(two beds and a pull out bed in the couch). The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was great. This was much better than the last stay. Love the hardwood floors.

My only complaint is the last time we stayed our bed was soiled, we did not check it when we checked in, left our room and came back at 4am to sleep. Thank God for the sofa bed we would have had to sleep on the floor. The manager stated she would credit through hilton honors we never got 1 point or credit.

My family always stayed here every time we drive to Austin. We’re from Galveston county and we love visiting Austin about 5 times or more a year. It’s our home away home. We stayed there in 2015 for my daughter’s field trip to visit UT for college. And stayed ever since!!!

The location was perfect for us. We loved the local decor in the lobby. We have family and a few restaurants we wanted to visit nearby We attended a concert and soccer match which again were close The pool area was nice. We also used the gym. And the breakfasts and evening drinks and food were nice The bed was very comfortable The soaps/ shampoo were nice

Friendly and accommodating staff who couldn't do enough to help us. Fantastic pool area which was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, waffles, fruit etc. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Well equipped and clean gym. The managers special on Tuesdays to Thursdays offered a selection of free snacks and drinks. Having stayed at numerous Homewood Suites over the years, this is by far the best in the group (this is our third stay!)

The location its fantastic and Breakfast is wonderful, every day is something different. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back,

The condition of the pool chairs some are broken and that the room I have was suppose to fit 4 people only have 3 towels and I had to go to the front desk to get the extra one. Same for the sleep sofa the sheets and pillows needed to be request and picked at the front desk. It would be better and convenient if they were on the room.

Staff were very friendly. They put on a quiz night on Thursday, with free dinner and drink to let hotel guests mingle. Room very big, with cooking facilities. Gym was a good size with free weights. Positioned close to major arterial roads for getting into Austin and away on day leaving.

Location directions from booking sent us to the cinema a turn off early.

EVERYTHING!!!! I have NEVER had such a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at any hotel I’ve booked before. Honestly was not expecting such a great hotel! I’ve stayed at almost every “luxury hotel” and NONE compare to this one. I will definitely be staying here again for family vacations!
