Overall the staff were good location was okay easy to find and parking was okay

I put my room to be cleaned after the first night when I came back they hadn’t made the beds or replaced the towels in the bathroom. All they did was put two new towels on my bed and that was it. The bins were still full, so I’m not very good there at all And they need to make it clearer because on the app. It says parking is free but when you get there, they charge you £5 a night because you booked on booking.com so they need to make that a little bit more clearer when you need a lift because of people come with prams it’s either upstairs or downstairs not very good

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Milton Keynes! The environment was exceptionally clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to great restaurants, all within walking distance, offering a variety of delicious food options. The reception staff were outstanding—friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s own restaurant is truly one of the best in town, offering high-quality meals and excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milton Keynes. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I don’t have anything in mind

I couldn't fault anything to be honest. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The service was instant and exactly as we'd requested. The whole place was immaculately clean and tidy as was our very spacious room. It was very peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was very good. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. The Ramada Newport Pagnell will definitely be our place to stay in future for our frequent visits to Milton Keynes.

Nothing to say here except maybe the £5 per night parking charge.

Entry to the Ramada from the Services. There was a push button entry, but nowhere was there the information to identify which buttons to press. The intercom had been taken off the post so there was no way to find out from Reception how to get into the Ramada parking unless getting out of my van and walking down to the Reception. Fortunately someone with the secret exit numbers key pressed the buttons and I entered while they exited! Apparently there is "another way in", but there was no information available to inform me of that. This was not the way to end a very busy working day for me. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Clean, polite staff, well appointed rooms and excellent value for money in a great location. Very quiet despite being in a motorway services too. Fridge was a great bonus too, aswell as the WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lovely shower and bed too.

Nothing to dislike, would have been nice to have been able to plug a fire stick in to the TV but totally understand why you can't and doesn't deduct from my experience

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal for me as it is on the motorway. I used it for an overnight stop for travelling home, so I wasn't too concerned about what the area had to offer as a tourist.

I initially couldn't get through the barrier on the road to get to the hotel from the motorway service station. I had to wait for someone else to go through the barrier and sneak under it.

The staff were fantastic, great customer service. The hotel needs updating as no air con in the rooms & furnishings are very dated. The breakfast was reasonable. However, no vegetarian offer on the hot food. The price for three nights was a little overpriced. However, this seems to be a running theme when an event is on, we attended Reggaeland Festival.

The room was lovely and clean. The morning staff were very helpful and allowed me and two friends to share on family room. Brought extra towels and made the sofa bed up for us. The evening staff, it was his 2nd shift and he was very very good and professional. So helpful. We were only there around 10 hours as we had a concert. But it was a nice stay and would recommend to others.

We did say the sink wasn’t draining and it wasn’t fixed while we were there, felt bad leaving it full but we couldn’t do anything about it.

went there to act as a base for my participation in an international walking event in Wellingborough. As I am now older decided to stay an additional night. Best decision I could have made. Able to take showers, more easily there tan at home. Breakfast was ample and freahly prepared. excellent coffee and really helpful staff. Overall, a successful stay and will be back!

Well designed, comfy and mostly clean large room. Good price. Convenient at services. Good food options. Very friendly staff.

There is a gate to enter the car park, and the code for this should be texted or emailed at time of reservation. I was lucky it was warm and dry but spent several minutes trying to get in.
