Could not have had a better time at this property! Upon arrival, they knew I had injured my knee and Anthony (the personal trainer & pool attendant on staff) - helped me immensely! Offering his services twice a day for an hour each day. I can say I came out better than I arrived and really thank him for the help. Other than that: - amazing breakfast & dinner buffet’s - cafe next door - close to all the action and victoria park - great & working gym with american equipment - indoor upstairs pool - very comfy beds - great laundry service - very helpful and welcoming staff Th

The moment you walked in, you are welcomed by their warm and friendly staff. The check-in process was quick and we were ushered to our rooms. Our rooms were big and comfortable. The toilets somehow does not have much sound-proofing and you can hear a lot of what is happening next door! The breakfast selection was sufficient. The main restaurant only serves a buffet. If you prefer ala carte, they have a food court which serves a variety of food. There is table service at the food court and the staff at the hotel are excellent throughout. We needed some prescription medication and Shakir from the front desk was excellent at helping us call local pharmacies. He went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful for his efforts. Everyone here have been welcoming and friendly to us, they were very warm and they made our stay memorable.

Coffee at breakfast was not good. We opted for instant coffee instead. The wifi was not very stable in both our rooms.

Break fast spread was good but I guess the staff were all trainees including the Cheffs. Taste of the food was mediocre as we had been to other Hotels in SriLanka prior to coming to Aralia.

Taste of the food. There was no steam/sauna or Jacuzzi which should have been provided though there was a temp controlled swimming pool which was great but when someone comes on a vacation and paying so much, such basic things are expected.

Excellent property. Very neat and clean. Staff were very courteous.excellent sizes of the rooms. Lived the location too. Can reach nearby good restaurants TSA easily. Good jogging track, golf course nearby.

Breakfast buffet could be a little better for vegetarian people

Location & view above service station complete with fumes (there’s no air conditioning) & early morning car noise. During cleaning towels & robe taken but not replaced for all of our 4 rooms

Property is very good. some rooms have few of Royal Turf . Rooms are large; hotel interior is just awesome.

Foods are quite average; not so options are available in breakfast and dinner/lunch. very limited options In room tea coffees not match the quality of 5star property. Indoor Swimming pool not maintained much.

Lovely 5* property in the heart of town with easy walking distance to most things. Nice swimming pool and gym. Room was large and warm, even with an electric fire.

The gym was supposed to open at 8am but it was closed till 8.45am which was a big nuisance with our departure time.

Good spacious rooms and a comfortable bed

It’s just to big - The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing The carpets dated and badly marked there’s no character in the place . The breakfast restaurant was an over sized characterless room with 8 people watching you eat with nothing better to do . The breakfast food choices ok. At night we ate at the Grand hotel - only wished we had stayed here

Clean rooms, efficient cleaning by the hotel staff, bathroom was well designed. All of the groceries, bar at one place.

Kettle was dirty with residue, fridge was not cooling at all, waiting time on checking in was a bit lengthy. Other than that everything was pleasant.
