The property was in an excellent location, and the staff members were very helpful!

The room had been reconfigured from two double beds to a queen/king; however, the headboards and over the bed wall lamps were not moved. The lamps were directly above the head of one person. Also there was only one outlet until I unplugged the lamp.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good but it was not near the airport as shown in ad.

The service in the hotel restaurant was very very bad. We were the customer to arrive but our order was over an hour late. Staff did not notify us of any delay or problems with the order. The soup was already cold. And food was not good. They did not even apologize for the delay. I will not recommend this restaurant.

I needed an iron and ironing board. They initially supplied a combined contraption that proved to be badly wired. But when I explained the problem, the housekeeping staff were very helfpful.

See above. The combined iron and ironing board had seen better days and I received an electric shock from the cradle holding the iron.

We appreciated unlocking the adjoining door between rooms so our family could move freely back and forth.

We couldn't take anything away from breakfast, like a cup of coffee or juice, without being charged. It would've been nice to take a cup back to the room while packing.

The breakfast was good including my wife who can only eat gluten free food and the bar was very welcoming, our room was very nice & a good size.

We stayed here for easy access to the airport. Large room with a nook for a table and chairs, included a frig! The breakfast was included and it was terrific with lots of hot and cold choices. Also there was free parking in their lot.

My husband and I stayed here one night at the end of a long trip in order to be within a short distance to the airport. We arrived at 5:00 and parked right in front of the hotel. We checked in at the desk and then asked where we should park and were told that where it was was fine. We went to our room which was a twin room, which was fine, and opened the windows. It was a beautiful day so we decided to take a walk in and around the park in the next block. There were a lot of families enjoying the park which is pretty much the center of a neighborhood. We looked around to see if there were restaurants nearby, but not seeing any we knew we could eat at the hotel restaurant at 8:00. We went back to our room and enjoyed a spectacular view of the sunset. At 8:00 we went to the restaurant and had dinner. Very enjoyable.

Although the beds are comfortable, the pillows are a little squishy.

The hotel is a very good deal when traveling with a family and by car. Perfectly situated for a day trip to Lisbon, with only a few minutes drive to the ferry station and a comfortable twenty minute ferry ride to the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, even if the furnishings aren't terribly new.

The soundproofing isn't that great, so if you are a light sleeper, you might consider bringing some earplugs (you never know what neighbors you might have 😉).

The room was spacious and one of the exceptional features of this hotel is the way the rooms are shaped out - offering a balcony area even though it is not a balcony but part of the room but you have lots of space, table and 2 chairs for meals or do some work and six next to the window to look outside. The beds was comforty and big enough. The toliet is big and you have tons of space. The staff were kind and polite, cleaning was good. I have not tried their restuarant so can't provide review on it.

The mini fridge was hard to understand how to work, not sure if it worked and I think as a future improvement, kettle and some tea/coffee should be provided as part of the room.

The choice of things to eat at breakfast was very comprehensive
