I recently stayed at The Resident Hotel Islamabad, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a nice, quiet, and secluded location, which is perfect if you’re looking to escape the bustling hustle of busy cities like Lahore. I decided to upgrade my room, and I was impressed by how spacious and clean it was. The staff were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The gym facilities are fantastic, offering everything you could want, including a full set of kettlebells. The pool was also a nice touch, providing a serene spot for a swim. However, the sauna was a letdown as it wasn’t hot enough and didn’t meet my expectations. I had specifically booked the hotel for a proper sauna session, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, I paid 15,000 rupees for the room, with an additional 2,000 for the upgrade. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying here again. Feel free to adjust any part to better reflect your experience!

There was some construction going on in the rooms nearby, and although I was informed about it beforehand, the noise was quite loud and disruptive around 11 a.m.

This hotel is in a quiet, gated spot just off the main road, which makes getting in and out really easy and secure. The design is done to a high standard, with well-sized modern bedrooms and nice en-suites. There are plenty of facilities, too. The gym and health suite are surprisingly large, and there's a sauna and massage suite available. Between the different room options and the friendly staff, it's an ideal choice for families too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Service was excellent Room size great Bed was cosy Air con was perfect Wifi was reasonable, they moved me to a room closer to the WiFi hub so I could have fast net for a work meeting Room decor was excellent Food from Room service was lovely, chef went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was awesome, shower was powerful! Clothes ironing service was efficient Loved the gym I didn't have time to use all facilities but they did offer: massage (additional cost), ice Bath, jacuzzi, swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by 4 high walls and has a security guard. Will definitely return.

The road to/from the hotel had a lot of pot holes in it, which wasn't great for my mum's back as she has spinal issues. We had to ask drivers to drive slow. Also the road is kind of ugly, there is no where within walking distance however this is not a huge issue as in this heat we wanted to go via an air conditioned car anyway.

staff,cleaning, rooms and the location . The other main reason of a staying here was the gym. They also renovated the hotel because it looks fancy now tthen the last time I visited. Room was also very conformable and so is the shower . We loved our stay. When if I visit again to lahore it will surely be this hotel . Thanks for making our stay conformable.

Breakfast can be slightly improved

Im staying in this hotel since last 3 years Every time i visit it feels like home Moreover I must mention the last incident when i left the money in a room Its was foreign currency more than 50 k pakistani They shown great example of honesty Called me and told me about my money that i didnt remember till that time And returned me the full amount.

The staff are very professional and friendly, especially the lady. The breakfast options are diverse and great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with hot water.

The coffee machine was out of service in the morning and they provided no alternative. The hotel is a bit far from the center. Having said that, generally, it is a great option.

Good location, early and quick check in. Driver available at very good rates. Rooms good size. Service at the breakfast was good. Staff met special requests quite promptly.

Hotels in this part of the world really should not have carpets. They hold a lot of sand and dust, and you can feel it. My advice is to request rooms with the nice tiled floors.

The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast served was very nice and the kitchen staff were very accommodating to any requests made during breakfast.

The bathroom facilities could have been a bit better.

Property is in a good location. It's good to stay without listening to any noise around, and the staff was really amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. Big thanks to the kitchen/room service for making a besg meal, and I really appreciate everyone in a property for being professional..
