A decent 3 star hotel in gulberg, close to all amenities and shopping districts. Fast check in and check out system. Very reasonably priced. Staff are always available if you need any assistance. Special thanks to the reception guys. I should point out, I don’t think there’s any other hotels in this class bracket that provide guests with a gym. The gym itself is fairly well equipped fully air conditioned and open 24 hours!

- At the gym, I was told every time that I wasn't allowed to leave my bag with me. I found this very annoying, especially as I have training equipment in it that I need for individual exercises - Sometimes a bit noisy due to other guests and staff being loud in the hallway - Bathroom was a bit dated - Some long dark hair in the room

Value for money. Best location. Very helpful staff and front desk. Always available to help you. Amazing breakfast. I went to the liberty branch on the 6th of January, and that was my actual booking. There were some technical issues for the warm water, and they were sorting it out. They offered me the Gulberg branch. I went for 2 nights, but after extending my trip to Lahore, I decided to stay in the same hotel.I will definitely recommend the Gulberg branch, and you will not be disappointed . I will definitely go back to this hotel during my next visit

Everything was good

This hotel is located in a safe and upmarket area close to the Ramada Wyndham hotel and good cafes and restaurants. The hotel is well run with a buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet has a range of items and the staff are helpful and courteous. They remembered my order of gulab jamun and subsequently brought it for me twice complimentary which was so nice. Dessert and salad bar at the dinner buffet was complimentary for room guests. The room was fairly well appointed with AC and was cleaned on request during my 6 night stay. Overall I had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

The bathroom decor was a little outdated and the hot water was sometimes lukewarm. The hotel is located a little way out from the old city and other sites. This wasn't a problem as I took a short taxi ride (less than 2 pounds one way) to and from the sites.

Really likes the fact that the staff was very nice and very professional and the hotel is very clean and their buffet is top-notch and it’s half price when you stay here!

But I didn’t like about the property is that the city of Gulberg has open sewer and drainage work happening very close to the hotel. Therefore, the smell of sewage is very pervasive through out the hotel and the nearby hotels, businesses and restaurants. This is not a reflection on the hotel or its staff or even the ownership. This is a poor reflection of bad management by the city itself, but sadly due to their location I have to mention this.

Breakfast choices, spacious room, AC works well, location perfect and value for money.

I came with a group to this property many times and I do care for things you need to update for the comfort of the guest. I would like to inform that Some of the rooms you have (first floor) in both building are very moist (perhaps because there are no ventilation), and also in most of the rooms I have ever stayed, the hot water always hardly functional. Please find the solutions.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff who was there to support me. Also provided plates and cutleries at my room while I ordered some takeway food from foodpanda, because I don't eat lunch or dinner at hotels as food from foodpanda had lots of options and food tastes even better.

Electricity keeps going off. Expensive than last year, there is a hidden cost that they were charging an extra 16 percent tax, which is a total robbery. It's not the hotel's fault but of course there's nothing they can do to go against the authorities who implimented this tax law. The gym itself is good but do visit during non busy hours because during busy hours, people doesn't know how to use the gym, but sitting around on the machines for a long time and doing less workout within seconds. It would be difficult for me to stay in this place in the future, only if they remove the tax then I may consider.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the buffet is good, and at an affordable price (50% off for guests staying at the hotel). Parking space is okay, staff is cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is up to the mark.

The hotel has a serious issue with its seepage in the rooms, which makes the rooms a little smelly. The guests with asthmatic problems can face serious trouble staying at night. There are no windows in the room, which makes the smell problem worse.

The room was spacious and well decorated and all amenities provided. Some staff were helpful who assisted me in changing my booking but some need a bit of training. The buffet was on but couldn’t join it due to a party but seemed scrumptious.

I do not recommend A La Carte menu as was quite disappointed. The initial stage was also upsetting where a member of the staff was a bit argumentative (Abbas) but another staff member stepped in (Awais) & did a good job. 👏 well done 👍
