Excellent location outside of main city hub. Cafes, restaurants just around the corner on a pedestrian walkway plus food shops, metro. Bus station close. Accommodation very safe and secure. Dated decor/fittings but that just added to its charm. Beds comfortable. Georgios the host was a marvel. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice guy.

Breakfast needed a bit more imagination but was OK.

We love our stay in this B&B. Georgio- the owner was very kind and polite person. He did everything and even more for his hosts. The apartment wasn't in the center of Roma, but there were bus stop just in front and transport worked very good. We can reach the center very smooth. The apartment was super clean and comfy. Thank you for everything Georgio. I will recommend this place for everyone.

I like everything.

Basically everything was beyond our expectations, but the host is especially amazing, true example of Italian hospitality! The breakfast is just enough to leave you satisfied, it's not too heavy so that you can enjoy the local trattorias.

The host is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Rome. The location is great as Pigneto has a wonderful pedestrian street full of bars and cafes as well as other shops. The tram to Termini station is great and the 81 bus goes to the colosseum and Vatican. Breakfast is good.

I liked everything, the host was so polite and helpful. The area was so full of places to eat good and drink something, and so full of evening life. Metro and tram very near. The location was very clean, and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, we will comeback one day!

Everything was ok.

The house owner is incredible, and the area is cool at night. It has a great atmosphere.

The toilet was not working properly. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is not a problem. Please don't wait for bus number 81. You will wait a long time and take time to get where you want to go. I suggest moving from the "Pigneto" metro station to the "Roma Termini" metro/train station. Then, you can go wherever you want.

Abitazione Pigneto B&B was a delightful stay in Rome. The host was incredibly warm and accommodating, making our visit feel like a home away from home. The B&B was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a great choice for travelers. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming experience in Rome.

Everything is OK!

Really lovely host, helpful and friendly, and made a really yummy breakfast for us. Comfortable bed and great facilities and location. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B!

WiFi didn’t work very well but other than that, the stay was perfect.

Giorgio was an excellent host!!! Very helpful when we needed information on public transportation and what historical monuments to see. He knows Rome very well!!! We are pleased to have stayed with a pure Italian personality. Nice to meet some local people. We will definitely pass on all information to our network of friends, Giorgio's Bed & Breakfast He has a beautiful balcony with cactuses and succulents!!! Giorgio has a green thumb!!!
