The breakfast was really good as well as the staff was friendly and approachable. The suite was a nice size for our family, which we very rarely find at any hotel. The location was great and quiet, given the distance to the airport and the highway.

There were some cleaning issues that we found during our stay, but all minor issues. The pool also seemed to have a weird film on it, especially if you were the first one's to use it. Despite the few issues, we would definelty stay again.

The motel was fantastic! We were greeted with a warm and efficient welcome by the lady on reception at 2pm on 31st December. The motel lobby was decorated beautifully and it was warm, clean and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast room was clean and very well stocked with cereals, pastries, fruit, bread, jams and coffee and juices. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend staying there..

The only criticism was that the bed was a little firm for us. A lot of people like a firm mattress though so not really a problem.

The staff here were very friendly. The room was very clean, and it is apparent that the hotel is well looked after. Having a spa tub in the room was a nice benefit, and certainly made the room a good value! My only grievance would be that the fireplace was not working as it was apparently turned off for the season. They said it would be back on in a week or so, but we would have enjoyed it had it been available earlier. It would also be nice if the breakfast room had a waffle maker and some hot items, like many other hotels offer for a free breakfast. Otherwise it was an excellent stay, and we enjoyed the hotel.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like per se. We just would have just enjoyed it all that much more if the breakfast room had a little more to offer, but overall it is a great motel and well worth the price.

This is my favorite hotel to get away to once a month. There is plenty of parking, along with multiple access doors instead of just one main entrance, which is good if you have kids, lots of baggage, and the stairways are very wide. The hotel is clean, comfortable, secure, and (from my multiple visits) very quiet at night. Laundromat, barber, and Royal Pizza right on the hotel property, which is super convenient, and Royal Pizza is very good with a menu of choices. The continental breakfast at this hotel is one of the best I've had, and consistently good quality, with variety and selection.

I would just ask housekeeping to provide additional toiletries and bathroom amenities for the larger suites for families and the jacuzzi suites. The bath bombs were always a nice touch (especially for the jacuzzi suites), but it seems they've stopped providing them.

I've always enjoyed the hotels. The rooms are spacious, and quite comfortable. Especially for the price.

The A/C unit was a little awkward. I would suggest a card of some sort with basic directions, or at least a diagram explaining the buttons/icons. I don't have an AC unit at home, and i imagine other people might not. IT wasn't hard to get going, but it would have been nice to have a reference for temp/time/etc.

We always use this hotel for our last night in town before a flight out early in the morning. The staff is available 24 hrs. The shuttle has always been so convenient and trouble free. We usually leave before breakfast, but coffee is available in the room or lobby. The oversized jacuzzi tub is a huge, welcome delight worth the small price.

They do not have a pre-made breakfast to go option for those that need to leave before the kitchen area is open

I really liked that there was carpet in the room! It's becoming all too rare these days. I know why carpet is removed but I still prefer it.

Couldn't get hot enough water at the bathroom sink but the shower water temperature was fine. Never had this issue anywhere before.

Loved the staff,comfort and breakfast.

Did not like the noise at night and early morning from the Highway. Ask for the Sparrow Street facing rooms which might lessen the highway noise.

For the price, it's an awesome room. Hot tub, and a cute fireplace. My spouse and I went for Valentine's Day and they gave us a cute gift with some chocolate. The breakfast is pretty standard, but I thought the eggs were delicious! The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby!

The breakfast was excellent. There was a mixup with the booking through booking.com. As a result, it was going to cost me an additional $70 or so. I talked to the manager and she reduced the cost by the $70. I was very pleased with everything at the motel.
