The location was perfect! We were able to walk to all the bars and have a great night out in bricktown!

Having the 2 hotels in 1 building was a little confusing. We came down the elevator the next morning for Breakfast, which was included in our stay. We we walked towards the only breakfast we seen, and then we're were brought a bill. Whenever I showed my booking included breakfast, we were then told we were on the wrong side. Thankfully the manager took care of us. It was kinda embarrassing with several guests staring and employees staring at us. We the found the correct breakfast side, in a totally separate room with door shut and needing room key. Maybe let guests know exactly where breakfast is upon check in, or better signage. Otherwise the stay was great. Look forward to coming back

Missed breakfast...time stated was confusing. We got a newly renovated room...it was nice. Inside room noise was quite.

The heating/air conditioning unit blew out cold air every time it first clicked on for about 10 minutes. Turned temp up to 75 degrees and it was still cold. Outside noise from music at clubs was loud in room till about 12:30. Luckily we brought a sound machine that helped.

The location was excellent for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. They checked on us numerous times to see if all was going well. We really liked that added touch.

I liked everything. They only thing was the were in the middle of construction but it really wasn’t a bother. I feel we should have had prior knowledge of this detail.

Everything was great. Breakfast was quite good and had a lot of variety and healthy options.

Area of Bricktown has almost no shops or any grocery options. If you don’t have a car, you will need to be ubering it everywhere if you want to visit any attractions. Some okay restaurants and loud bars. Can feel a little isolated if you are a single woman walking around.

Nice room. Great breakfast - best complimentary hotel breakfast I ever had . Liked the Wednesday reception with drinks and appetizers. I you should do this every night. Very friendly and professional staff.

I didn't like constantly being asked to tip your valet staff. I feel like you were begging - that you don't pay your staff enough. I always give a tip, but this irritated me so much that I didn't.

The room was spacious. The staff we met were wonderful. Delaney who checked us in. Sheena who checked us out, and the in between times we connected with them. We ate at the Garden Inn Hotel, twice. Both times were really good. Our server Thomas was most excellent. The valet runners were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, for staying downtown. Places to eat and see in walking distance.

The overnight parking cost was higher than we thought it should be. In all honesty, in hind sight we wouldn't have used it. Our car wasn't any more safe than if we had parked it. Do research on what your planning on seeing and if you'll even need to move your car. The lighting in the room/s weren't placed in the right spots, or the Watt sizes need to be higher. The furniture through out the hotel was low sitting. The breakfast area was cold enough to wear wearing a jacket was needed.

Location was awesome. Bricktown is beautiful and lots of restaurants near. Agape helped me out so much. I needed a flash drive and the nearest store that had one was 30 min transit ride away. She let me use her door dash so I could get it. She was so amazing and very kind and friendly to talk too. Definitely highlight of the hotel! Thank you!!

Mattess, water temp and pressure, staff was very friendly, good walking distance to a lot of places.

My final bill was way more expensive than I thought it would be. I booked a room for 179 a night and final was 300! I requested an accounting of bill and have yet to see one

Room was clean and spacious and location was fine. It was also great to have a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and crockery, utensils etc. The guys who did the valet parking were very friendly and car was always ready when we asked them to bring it to front door.

The girl at check in wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful….not what you expect in a Hilton property. Could probably be doing with some refurbishment as the decor was like something from the 80s.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Our room was clean and very suitable for the Independence Day fireworks displays. The valet service was good.

The breakfast was good. I think that the breakfast staff was overwhelmed at times. The parking is expensive.
