It was a wonderful holiday in a very cozy place. Spacious room with eco-friendly interior, floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous views of the mountains and sea in two directions, spacious terrace with table and umbrella, private clothes dryer. Everything you need is in the room. The two-story villa is located in a quiet area with its own cozy courtyard, overgrown with olive trees and cacti, which creates an incredible atmosphere. The house has few rooms, which creates a feeling of privacy. A five-minute walk away is the best beach (in my opinion) in Kas, with a natural shore, cliffs with caves and crystal clear water. You can eat in a cafe on the beach for 400 liras for two people and get sunbeds and an umbrella for free. You can get to the city center in 10 minutes by minibus for 15 lire (which runs every hour directly from the hotel) or by your own car or taxi, or take a walk along the embankment with beautiful scenery. A great place for those who like to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere and feel the spirit of the place.

Fantastic self-contained studio apartment in the lovely town of Kas. The room & kitchenette area were well-appointed, allowing us to prepare meals & enjoy them on the terrace. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was a good size. Mustafa was very helpful & provided lots of useful advice around beaches & places to eat in town. He also arranged reasonably priced transport for us to our next Lycian Way starting. We loved Kaktus Beach so much we stayed an extra night!

The property was about 2kms out of town (so may not suit some), but was perfect for us as it was very quiet & we enjoyed the walk to the beach & into town. We also enjoyed having the local Mosque on our street & hearing the call to prayer every day.

Pity the view is obstructed. Would prefer laundry to be hung somewhere else when bottom room is occupied.

It was great experience to stay there. First of all, the stuff helped us from the beginning until the end of our stay. They are very cool people. The apart is in the area which is full of flowers, cats so that you can feel that you are out of the city noise. The room was super clean, we had a great small balcony which we can sit and enjoy the nature. The apart is nearby the beach so it was very easy to reach there by walking. However, a bit far from the city center but we had a car so it was not a huge problem. Overall, I would definitely go there again.

Great location, the beach is 10 min down the street, bus station to Kas 200 meters from the apartment, a small shop with drinks and some stuff is very close to the house, very cute garden, olive trees, lavender♥️an oven and everything you need in the kitchen♥️very friendly host♥️

Very quiet location away from the busyness of Kas town. Within walking distance of the town (about 1.9km) or taxis are available. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfasts. Good parking available. Comfy beds. Wonderful view from the rooftop terrace.

Very helpful staff, nice location in quiet place of Kash. Very comfortable terrasse to drink a cup of coffee. Nice shop nearby with ice-cream cold water and snacks.

Kitchenette need to be revised after guests leave. We found several dishes a little bit dirty and used tea packets inside teapot. Wifi very unstable, it allows to chat, but it is hardly possible to send bunch of photos.

Cosy, clean and very friendly. Nice view, beautiful garden, not far from sea. The real atmosphere of Mediterranean vacation! Good equipped kitchen. The room was comfortable for 4 people. Additional bed was provided, the sofa was enough for 2 people. Thank you for your care and wonderful time!

Everything is new and wonderful. Spotless clean, excellent shower water pressure, view of bay and islands from balcony and rooftop, and quiet at night. Full range of cookware and plates. Friendly host!
