Yes this community is very kind 😊 A very sunny and bright 🌞 When you sleep at nite you have a sound sleep. When you wake in the morning you have the pleasure of beautiful cheerful music. 😍 The team is also carrying kind and helpful. You can go for a walk early each morning around the community. They are a very close to a community park center where you can sit and relax. Several vendors are located in this great community you can locate everything with in walking distance Vendors of all types: Fresh fruits vegetables, fresh cut meats and poultry with home made sausages, fresh cooked foods, fresh baked pastries, farmacia, full groceries store supplies. Hand made clothes and jewelry, electronic stores and much more all in walking distance of this location. The Church is also in walking distance. You can also find all types of local transportation if needed for extended travel purposes outside walking distance. Thank you 😊

Location is great. Good size of the room with some furniture to leave your stuff. Private bathroom with good size too. Wi-fi works well. Clean in general.

It’s a bit noisy so you may need to use earplugs. Staff needs to get more information about the area, I knew more than him about how to go to the airport by public transport.

Hotel stuff did great job 👍

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable . Big room and spacious. We rented it for a day and used it as a place to rest a bit before heading to the airport for a midnight flight

Location is great. Very close to the center. It was quiet, so we slept well. Friendly staff. Good bed; firm, just what we prefer. Good shower 🚿. Shared refrigerator which is nice.

Value for money could be better. We've stayed in much better hotels for less. Poor quality of the towels and the bedlinnen. Needs to be replaced. They're just old and worn. The room was damp and warm. The fan was not working well and was dirty. A new paint job could do so much. Some ants here and there. Mold in the shower. Outside area (parking space) could be better. Tip: put up some benches and some plants and it doesn't look like an American motel.

Staff were helpful. Price and location was good

The room was quite hot, and the ceiling fan only pushed the hot air arround. The light and the fan were very close together which caused strobeing.

Price is affordable

Everything is too basic. The place is way too noisy. The fan seemed to be almost about to fall, there was a blood stain in the sheet of the first room they wanted to give me. I would rather a toilet seat, before a tb with cable.

Great Location close to the boats to Sumidero (the reason I stayed here. Secure parking for my Moto and the staff was super helpful and accommodating to me and my requests to keep my Moto gear safe when I checked out and went to the boat for the morning. Price was right.

You can’t really expect much for the price. But the red ant infestation, crawling all over me and the bed was a bit much. A few other bugs and no hot water, whatever it’s a cheap hotel in Mexico with a good location, you get what you get. Put down some ant traps for **** sake lol
